I love that the whole secondary building feels like a group of 13-year-olds were given an unlimited budget. Ultimate gaming station! Ball pit under the stairs! Dance studio with disco lights! All the sports!
Each area is more insane than the last one. That retinal scan and secret staircase passageway, dare I say it may be a little unhinged!? This was so fun to see. Thank you!
@usielmolina5233 oh don't get me wrong I love the Phoenix area, I work in north Scottsdale I see many athletes and stars where I work. It's the Gilbert part I don't get lol.
@@dellaknust6780 Scottsdale is wanna be liberal LA hell. The fake boobs/other body parts along with fake people are prevalent there. Gilbert is more the conservative normal people mid to upper class area. It's why it's been voted best place in the Country to raise kids.
RJ liked the term "shit table" 😂 I love that he didn't expect your terms for stuff. I really enjoyed all the textures in the house. I found it very visually interesting and I feel like my ADHD ass would touch everything all the time lol. My favorite part is probably the window-access rooftop balcony complex!
As a british person I was about to ask if the yanks knew what shag ment but yeah you got it :) that house is quite something, you could run several several businesses from it.
What a place to shoot a handgun for the first time 😆 It’s definitely harder than it looks. Sweet house. It doesn’t look like a museum like a lot of other high end houses.
I think the opulence is fine depending on your wealth level. I’ve always felt like if you’re worth $500 million, go ahead and own a $30 million home. That’s fine. You can still give hundreds of millions to the poor and needy (or not, that’s between you and God) and still have a luxurious home while giving away far more of your wealth (in terms of both percentage and overall value) than 99.999% of people ever will. My problem is if you’re worth $30 million and you stretch your budget to just barely afford that $20 million home. Why do that? That’s foolish. I guess I have no issue with excess and opulence so long as you’re still doing the right thing and supporting others. If you’ve donated a billion dollars to the needy, I don’t give a crap if you have a $200 million gold bathroom; you’ve earned it. I just hate when people refuse to give anything and then stretch their budget to buy crap they don’t need. But that’s also literally 90% of Americans and UK citizens.
This mansion is built on fraud. The doctor who owns this property paid with it by committing insurance fraud. He owes some millions of dollars in legal fees. Also who the heck buys a house like this? It used to be a modest 4 million dollar home owned by an MLB player. The amusement park they built is hilarious…
Just read the news article about the owner. Urgent Care doctor owned 30 clinics in Tucson and Phoenix. Pleaded guilty to health-care fraud and engaging in monetary transactions derived from unlawful activity. Ordered to repay $12 million. Sickening. Reminds me of another large home featured in a Phoenix magazine a few years ago. Turned out the owners of that home were found guilty of fraudulent Covid PPP loans.
the entire house is a man-cave. the rugged finishes seem to be dated and in poor taste. the pool is nice. boutique dressing rooms? reeks of addiction to stuff.

it really. has everything
@@samir2 But I definitely wouldn't want to be in charge of keeping it all clean. Especially that rooftop deck accessible only by that window.

The Birdsnest refers to the party spot in Scottsdale every night after the Trash Dumpster Open round ends
Love how he exposed location of the secret gun range but kept the shag room fully locked-down 😂
Especially given the fact the "shag room" skylight makes it very obvious where the room is from any overhead photo.
As someone from Phoenix I can't believe anyone would spend this kind of money to live in Gilbert.
they went big
Many athletes come here to retire. The golf in AZ is second only to maybe Florida. It actually makes perfect sense.

What a house! thanks for sharing
It'd be interesting to see the staff quarters too. Hope the staff are treated nicely. This needs a LOT of upkeep.
the "okay wow" when you open the door. LOL
the dripping semen light fixture in the foyer is my favorite.
the light fixures are so important
Dripping semen is a possibility, or I was thinking runny nose
Spot on description
Nice try Diddy

its cool bc they actually used it all!
Is it sad that I was happy to hear they used reclaimed lumber for things?
I love Zillow Gone Wild and most of the places are astounding yet I find myself annoyed at too much opulence

What baseball player built this place?
Andre Ethier - but it was only half of this! I googled and found photos of when he put it up for sale, interesting to see what was added!
I pulled up photos from when the baseball player owned this property, its wild to see how much crazier it got since then!
they really did so much
Is this property still for sale?? Definitely interested.
If that was true, you wouldn't be asking on UA-cam if it's still for sale. But keep dreaming, nothing wrong with that.
Yes do you want to buy it
