I'd try to buyout the lot next to it on the right (if you're standing on the street) and extend. That'd be a move. This house and video are phenomenal. Bigger and way less expensive than Vegas, for comparable square footage and location criteria per respective cities and states. Very spacious and luxurious.
I've been in several houses like this here in Los Angeles where I live, and these types of homes don't feel like home at all because of that. It looks like someone decided to take an office building and make it into a permanent home. They are nice on the inside, but they just don't have that comfy cozy feeling a house should have. Also I've discovered that the majority of people who buy these type of houses aren't families. They're usually people who live the party and entertainment lifestyle. They buy it cause it's all about inviting people over for big parties and not so much for having a comfy quiet place to call home.
Great video excellent… There are so many people who show homes and then it’s all about them and I usually just turn the video off your video I had to watch it to the end bravo
I live in Scottsdale and this property is not in a desirable part of town plus its maybe a $2-3million dollar home max! For $8 million dollars you can buy a nicer home in the mountains in Paradise Valley.
looks like business park...they even staged it with a bunch of waiting rooms, lol...does it come with a front counter so an attendant can direct customers to the right office?
So I see a huge problem with this beautiful estate. What’s to keep their driveway/property from being a pass through from the cul-d-sac to the street on the other side. Before moving in I’d gate both entrances. The other issue is why oh why all these HUGE open spaces, with no island in the laundry room, and a pansy five seat theatre. Seriously? Over $8M, yet missing some really key features all at the expense of huge unnecessary rooms. Someone should have put more thought into a house this size at that price point per sq ft

I agree... and the pool house seems such a waste when you already have a kitchen and service bar at the house... The pool house could have been a game room and get away place for kids or guests.
Great home, great review. And with love, the adjective is not your friend. Nor is "again" and "I just wanted to point out." Let the feature point itself out; otherwise you are overselling the point. Don't say, "I really quickly want to say...." Just say it. You are killing it, and ready to ramp up to the next level
Ok, when I’m I going to see where the 8 mil is at! I thought you were walking into a warehouse! I see, maybe 5 million, the garage floor beautiful! The home is also beautiful, but it’s a lot missing, you never talk about the materials, like what is the counter tops are made of, marble, granite, Italian marble? and the flooring , is it real wood, in the whole house? I’m just trying to see where the 8 million is at! Look like other houses are around this home, I don’t see any privacy. Love the Pool House! I’ll just take that! 😂😂😂
The new standard which is common now. You open the front door (non guest) and they can immediately see everyone in the kitchen and open family area and eating a meal. Should never see the kitchen from the front door being ajar....
This house is gorgeous, but seems overbuilt for the neighborhood. My family lived there on E. Sunnyside Dr in the late 1970s when they were built. (Down the street from this house) The yards were a whole acre with horse privileges. Overbuildinding this house took away the yard. I always heard to buy the least expensive house in a nicer neighborhood. This would now be the most expensive house in a simpler neighborhood . Fun to look at this house though!
Just feels like a waste of so much space. Basically a giant kitchen with walls. Like here’s a kitchen with a kitchen over in the corner with a kitchen and behind that kitchen is a kitchen and outside by the pool is a kitchen. Great size home. But I’d definitely be gutting that house and make rooms that actually make sense.
Who pays that money all for one level? It seems that the home is actually worth a lot less and the land but the price is insane.. the U.S. makes no sense to me as an American.. It seems like its just a warehouse made to look nice.. does anyone actually fall for this and buy it? Seems like much nicer places for that price to buy out there instead of a dressed up warehouse in the desert..
Wrong; I live in FL and you know the Florida has one of the highest inflation in the country. Unlike FL , AZ doesn't have to worry about yearly hurricanes, huge insurance crisis, homelessness and of course the lack of freedoms to its citizens.
Beautiful property. Massively overpriced. I live in Scottsdale. I can't justify anything over 6-6.5M for this home. Esp with high rates. Strange ingress egress. The front of the house, curb appeal mediocre. Great video.
Waste of money...over $80k in property taxes...i tried it once..pass! Better to have 5 different houses in 5 countries...if you like traveling when the seasons change..,.see ya in Tahiti 😀
This is how you launder drug proceeds, people. Dump a bunch of illegally accumulated cash into a construction project, then charge 4 times what you invested.
Again. Again. Again. Again. Again. Again. Might want to make an effort to eliminate that word from your tours. Also the phrase "Make our way into _________."
That Indoor/Outdoor bar setup is PERFECT !!!
I was extremely excited to see that this home was all one story. As massive as it is, you really forget that it’s all one level.
I love that it’s one story
Awesome tour of an awesome property. After 22 years in the Marines, the knees and back don't do stairs. Lol. Love this one story masterpiece 👌🏽
Thank You for your service. Appreciate you taking the time to not only watch but leave this comment 🙏🏼
I live in Scottsdale and that is a beautiful home. If I had the money I would buy it. Great video
Thanks for watching 🙏🏼 it just recently sold for $6,900,000
These videos are AWESOME. Keep them coming. Im a designer and these are great for ideas/inspiration.
A cup warmer is next level fancy. Never heard of anything like that!!
Yes. Finally.
Beautiful! Wow 😮
Now this is a gorgeous house. That closet.
“The outside of the house looks really beautiful.” 😂 Take away the furnishings and you’re living in a warehouse.
Looks like they repurposed a 7-11
He’s just having a hard time selling this dud house
Wow what a house
Right

I LOVE THIS HOUSE IT EXCITES ME.
Where did they get that number?(8 mill) inflation is real not even worth so much,it’s more realistic with a 2-3 mill price tag
My favourite part of the mansion is the kitchen.....unique
Am I the only one that thinks the outside of the house doesn't even look like a house? It looks more like a commercial building to me.
Yes.! The entire place seems like a repurposed commercial building
😂 right they have No artists touch to it ! So easy to build a square shape! Framer probably made a great profit on this one 😊
Yea that's what modern homes be looking like to each their own

It literally looks like an old gas station/repair shop
The interior design is stunning!
It really is!
Amazing job guys!!
Thanks for having us Chris!
@@AustinZaback Can't wait for the next one!
😊 I’m moving to Arizona and i was wondering what would be the emd for this property😮
Love that big house
Great job Austin.
Great video excellent… There are so many people who show homes and then it’s all about them and I usually just turn the video off your video I had to watch it to the end bravo
Thank you 🙏🏼 appreciate the comment
Nice Job - beautiful house…
this home is stunning.. the details are unreal!!!
It is big but ordinary. Since this is an older neighborhood, how does it appraise at such an asking price? If you will.
omg beautiful on my list
sun shelf is the area inside the pool where the lounge chairs are siting. also called a baja shelf
Excellent tour and beautiful home
Looks like a cool house
Great showing. You might want to check how many times you say "again". Just mentioning it to help with the polishing of your presentation.
Beautiful House..
I love it 🫀🚀💯🫀🙏.
I live in Scottsdale and this property is not in a desirable part of town plus its maybe a $2-3million dollar home max! For $8 million dollars you can buy a nicer home in the mountains in Paradise Valley.
Location Location Location
Yea forreal u can buy 3 nicer homes for that price 💯
😂 Funny you said that. I was looking at the scenery outside the home. I said this house looks like it got built right in the middle of the hood.
looks like business park...they even staged it with a bunch of waiting rooms, lol...does it come with a front counter so an attendant can direct customers to the right office?
Beautiful house, and price at $900 per square foot for a new construction $9,000 sq ft home in Scottsdale sounds about right.

cool property
House compound is amazing only thing i would change is the pickle ball court and the garage floor
I love the inside look, very beautiful. I would pay more like 4mill than 8mill.
🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥

Is this Kliff kingsbury old house?
Sold me that the house comes with an espresso machine, where do I sign the papers?

Yeah it's great if you want to live in a miniature Ernie Boch car dealership
This home still available?
Yes it is!
That house has a big septic system
I sure as hell would never want to live in the desert 🏜️
Great value on this home.
Building looks like who ever my appointment is with is going to inform me I have cancer or something.
Where's Mikey?
Id love to live there but my anxiety would be through the roof for wear tear and cleaning / upkeep but I guess thats what you pay for at that level
The property next door 500k 😂
Yea I dont like it
$8 million dollar house with no views, no acreage and your neighbors a stone's throw away; no thank you.
Is this a new construction home?
Yes it is
The new standard which is common now. You open the front door (non guest) and they can immediately see everyone in the kitchen and open family area and eating a meal. Should never see the kitchen from the front door being ajar....
Solid car dealership
Pants and shirt brand ?
Shirt is from Cuts and Pants are BYLT
What is the address?
The address is in the description
Look like a Shel station
Who is the builder?
No makeup vanity in the bathroom?
CRAZY PRICES.......
Looks like an auto repair shop that was converted to a house and given a massive sale price. These modern houses are boring and lazy architecture.
Spot on my thoughts exactly. Tacky at best
The garage is one quarter the size if the house, so 25 percent of the price is for the garage!!
8 million ?...... ain't no way it's worth that
Someone said Wright and the builder heard Walmart...
This house is gorgeous, but seems overbuilt for the neighborhood.

3-4 mil max

Great size home. But I’d definitely be gutting that house and make rooms that actually make sense.
“And again” “so, again”, “again”
Why outside it looks like a gas station? :D
Sad to see that landscape in AZ.
800k firm
@maxxchewning this is what I imagine your home looking like 😆

Thing looks like a car dealership on the outside
Very nice home, BUT please tell me this dude is not wearing two watches......
One is a whoop
A very very house
Nice place but way overpriced.
This place is hilarious!😂 😂😂
This home would cost at least 15 where I’m from here in Fl
Wrong; I live in FL and you know the Florida has one of the highest inflation in the country. Unlike FL , AZ doesn't have to worry about yearly hurricanes, huge insurance crisis, homelessness and of course the lack of freedoms to its citizens.
this house looks like a car dealership...😅. its nice though.
It is surrounded by the ghetto I wouldn’t buy this home
Looking at the address on Google maps, I wouldn’t call the neighborhood a ghetto.
Landscaping needs some work
IT'S WORTH 10 MILLION 😅
I’m guessing they built this for $5 million and want to make a quick $3 million. So overpriced
A very nice house but way over priced IMHO... and consider the cleaning of this house and the electric bill....
I thought it was a gas station
When you have unlimited money but zero taste
That's a beautiful gas station
Why do you randomly say "k" at the end of your sentences lol.
I'm soooooo sorry to say, this dos not feel or look like a home for 8 mil. HELLLLS NAW. sorry to say that
It sold for $6.9mm
Beautiful property. Massively overpriced. I live in Scottsdale. I can't justify anything over 6-6.5M for this home. Esp with high rates. Strange ingress egress. The front of the house, curb appeal mediocre. Great video.

The outside is soo bad. Someone should have been fired over that. It sinks the entire house.
This is how you launder drug proceeds, people. Dump a bunch of illegally accumulated cash into a construction project, then charge 4 times what you invested.
Yeah this house is sitting there for the next 3 years unsold. Sorry bud.
Modern is not always nice. It looks like cheap generic stuff you can buy at ikea 😂 should’ve built a desert home. 🏠
Again. Again. Again. Again. Again. Again. Might want to make an effort to eliminate that word from your tours. Also the phrase "Make our way into _________."
