This is a very difficult question to answer if you ask me.. I feel you cannot judge a book by its cover! I will ponder on this and try to address in one of the videos in future. Thanks for your suggestion.
Very well explained in minute....on a note, my 2teen kids who are persuing dance classes, always complain about how to manage the use of pads... During performances. mentally thy are prepared, though, at times with drag of time in performance, any suggestions from your side, glad I came across this, channel both my chelyo, are very happy to watch. Vanhi , tbh this video has come at right time for me ! I would definitely try out yoga from now on , or else I would be sleeping straight with the heat pad on until the cramps are gone. I also prefer listening to instrumental music while I sleep during these days. Thank you so much for this ♥️
From what I know, every girl has her own period schedule and it depends on so many factors like genes, hormones, lifestyle and many other factors. There is no "right age" to get periods and it affects dance as much as it affects your life.
Hi Pratibha, I just got my first period. Would like to know how you manage the stomach cramps. I tried hot water bag but it doesn't give relief to pain, what shall I do? Even the pad which I use moves very much. The pad dances together with me. Is there any solution to this?
Hi! Stretching helps me relieve cramps. I use hot water bag too. Also, it is different for different people. Best way is to follow a healthy lifestyle. For the latter part of your query, you could use menstrual cups instead of pads.
