I have done research and come to the conclusions you express. Early non physical (mental) childhood trauma set me on a lifetime path of negativity and feeling 'not good enough'. Anxiety, depression and ADHD compounded issues. Putting these concepts into practice has, in the past, come up against a solid wall of imprinted subconscious resistance. Despite much good progress, I am still blocked from my birthright state of mental stability and resilience. I am open to all the guidance I can get...and will finish this video and concentrate on practicing at least one of your suggested 'skills'. To do more than that at the same time becomes overwhelming and I just quit. Very glad to see you came through your troubles is such good shape. Subscribed.
Bravo! I really appreciate the practice of taking one thing on, and knowing yourself enough to know what works for you. And that awareness of the resistance is a huge step, coming from someone who was long-entrenched in my own version of it. All the best!
Color (of walls, etc,) changes depending on the light in the room. You either have a color changing bulb somewhere, or your camera is constantly refocusing as you move and the light behind you affects the wall color. The wall color shifts betwee tan and shades of light blue... distracting to say the least. Just a good example of how a person (me) can quickly see, diagnose and offer a solution to another...and hardly ever for myself. LOL
Thanks for the feedback (I hadn't seen the color changes), and more importantly, the vulnerable thoughtful reflection that is a great example of ownership!
