I usually don't prefer classes that are less than 50 minutes long, but this one is just PERFECT, I keep coming back to it!

Amazing practice! I was sweating buckets when I tried this. It seemed like Erin challenged herself to make short exercises to be vigorously challenging making it perfect for those who have less time to practice or for those who need to cut in into half throughout the day. Thank you, Erin!

This was a great flow! I am not a morning person and usually exercise during the evenings because my coordination is not good at the start of the day. However, I tend to do morning yoga on the weekends during late mornings/early afternoon. The video's pace is fast enough that I am not bored, but slow enough so that I can build up my strength and flexibility. Thanks for creating this!

This was my first yoga practice of 2018. Did it on the morning of January 1st...my aim is to do yoga every day this year even if it’s just a short routine. I love the hour long practices you post, and do them regularly, but thus one fitted my schedule perfectly today. Lovely routine, thank you!

Find it so hard to practice mornings just because my body gets so stiff and robotic hahaha but this was great! just enough challenging aspects and yummy stretching! You've made me fall in love with cactus pose! whenever i wake up even if i dont practice i do a few and it's sooo nice! thankyou erin!
