- Join me for a 12 minute RESISTANCE BAND ARM WORKOUT to shape and strengthen your upper body. Today I'll be using a light 10LB band, but if you are more advanced, then you can grab a 20LB band instead. Intervals will be 45 seconds on and 15 seconds rest with 12 exercises total. I'm about 3 months from Dbl Mastectomy/revision surgeries and wanted to slowly start working my arms to get back my strength. I could do these just enough for me and yet still get the burn and a great workout. I will keep this up, as I know I will keep getting stronger and will be able to do the entire 12 minutes and make the stretching harder as I get stronger. Thank you so much. Love your smile. I have been following you for a year. Love your pass & full instructions with modifications. For me I would like to see more videos on Resistance bands. I have A supraspinatus tear which I understand resistance bands with slow motion will help strengthen the muscle.

Loved the workout - Perhaps a 20-25 second in between exercises for us who are slow to adjust band (I am using a hand without handles, so sometimes takes a little longer to adjust) :)
Great workout... i have flabby arms and some backfat that i wish to reduce. So iam going to try this one out from today. Iam already doing your 10 min upper body toning workout... this one looks good too

I am having a medium hardness resistance band, can I do these exercises with that band?
When you fold the band have 2 fingers inside the fold and 2 fingers and your thumb around the band. The band is less likely to slip through your fingers.
Does anyone know which resistance band she's using? The brand etc.. I'm totally new to this, so wanted to buy exactly the one she's using as it seems reliable.
