I’ve been doing workouts at home (with a toddler) using mostly fit by mik videos and it’s like having my own personal trainer! I’m so grateful for it because I don’t have the money for a gym membership or the ability to leave my kids so this is amazing. Also I love the standing videos because I have really bad knees from playing sports when I was younger. This video specifically is one of my favorites!

Great workout! My booty is burning and my legs are noodles. I really appreciate the pacing. All moves are slow enough that I can focus on my form and the muscle groups I'm working.
As a mom of a 16th month old who hasn't really worked since a little before giving birth, thank you for these videos. They are short enough to trick myself into doing some movement and not too hard to where I just sit there watching you do the movements.
Your videos are so great! I have hip arthritis and osteoporosis, but i am NEVER afraid to do your videos. Sometimes I have to stop some videos when the fast jumping up and down starts. Thank you thank you! This one was excellent!
Love these short workouts, makes it easy to mix things up a bit. Started off with the pilates butt and leg workout, followed by this one. Perfect glute burn! Love this channel. :)
day 1- im gonna do this workout every other day, but man i’m sweating so much and my heart is pouding. definitely keep water with u cause ur throat gets so dry day 3- i let myself be sore yesterday and i did it tdy, sweating again and it feels good.
Currently living overseas with two young children and not much support. Home workouts are my best friend and this one was easy to follow and effective.

Major burn here that was so awesome!! I really liked using the booty bands for extra resistance and I must say that my legs and glutes are officially on 🔥!! I tried not to use the wall for support , itwas tough, but I did pretty good with my balance!! Great workout!! I've had back and shoulder pain for the past 20yrs +, it was finally diagnosed as weak glutes. Been doing this workout 1-2x a week for the past 1.5 months, back and shoulder pain is gone.
