Yea buddy, they are my favorite band, I’m kind of jealous lol you got a lot of greatness to yet discover, I love any era, unlike some “fans”, they’re 3 best albums would probably be first Obsolete (I think most would agree with this), then next Archetype (which Dino was absent for, and the bass player took over the guitars) then Demanufacture (released in 1995) pioneers in industrial metal and nu metal, and the singer Burton, was really the first metal vocalist besides rob from machine head, to use growls/screams and clean vocals, which dozens and dozens of great legendary bands would go onto use, yea they should definitely get more love and attention then they do, Fear Factory are true legends in metal/hard rock music
I was 16, my second Donington experience and all time favourite one. The weather, line-up and atmosphere was immense. And it cost 27 for the full day ticket and the four hour bus ride there!
Yeah, I saw them at Ozzfest 1999 and still remember it very well. There is just something special about Burton's voice and of course Dino's guitar playing...I saw them on the 2nd stage and I will never forget it. Hed (PE) also put on a good show on the 2nd stage too.
I don’t know, maybe they played this song well. But with all my love for FEAR FACTORY, one cannot help but notice that this is a purely studio band. And how weak the vocalist is when he sings with clean vocals.
I had meant to seen this lineup for years but never made it happen. first time I saw them it was Christian playing guitar and drums/bass were half of strapping young lad lmao. Byron and Gene are amazing though of course. but yeah, not the same
