Can you use English net in place of the silk organza?

Hello? WHat is the best quality thread that I can use for tambour embroidery? I use a polyester one but always some fibers are caught off the hook, making the process more challenging.

For the teaching of Tambour beading and embroidery on line instruction is neither possible nor practical. The teacher needs to see the hands of the student working in real time in order to correct mistakes in the subtle movements. I have been asked for years to produce an on line class but it will not work and would only cause undue frustration in the learning process. The only tried and true method of properly learning the basics of the technique is person to person instruction. I have been teaching for over 40 years and I have a pretty good idea of effective methods.
