    Hi Robert, I love the videos your creations are amazing, I am keen to start learning but don't know where I can buy a decent tambour frame. I live in England, could you recommend one that isn't too expensive. Thanks, looking forward to seeing more videos.

    I just started getting supplies needed for this beautiful craft. What type of thread do you use and where would you purchase them?

      To apply beads and sequins I generally use all purpose machine sewing thread, nothing fancy and the expensive threads tend to either fray with the the constant friction or twist terribly under the frame. I buy what ever thread is on sale at the fabric store.

      In this video it looks like you are using a variegated metallic thread....is this normal sewing machine thread too?

      @@nmpebbles1990 yes its machine embroidery thread it comes in a vairey of solifd and varigated colors at any fabric store

    What material do you use ?

      I usually use silk organza but any sheer fabric with dimensional stability will work
