Years ago, when my family camped a lot, we did the Dutch oven thing a lot, but was struggle as we were self-taught. Your videos, where I can actually see best practices is incredibly helpful. I may have to drag that cast iron back out.
Still love watching ya guys. Awesome recipes. I can't get over how genuine you are. It's amazingly refreshing.😊 I also love your support for Veterans and alike. I don't always comment, however I should! Anyway have a blessed day. Thank you for what you do😊
A true American Icon! I only watch your video's when I am eating or just ate, never before eating or when hungry!! Bad things happen to my diet!! Long time follower, love your work. Thank you for being a true American and your professionalism!!
Wonderful recipe ideas all around. I can see changing it to corn tortillas plus being able to easily adjust the 'heat' for us spice sissies. Thanks for sharing goodness.
Kent, this looks REALLY GOOD like all the other recipes you have demonstrated. You and your bride and the livestock are national treasures. I do have one concern, though. There are some HUGE wildfires in the Texas panhandle -- well over a half-million acres and they have flooded over into western Oklahoma. I sincerely hope your ranch, your home in Oklahoma and your coffee shop in Texas are safe and not in the range of the wildfires.
Oh boy this sounds great!!! No clue how it will happen, but I have dreamt of going on one of your Chuck wagon rides for a long time. One day hopefully I will be able to and tell you in person how much I appreciate you guys and all of the many years of love filled videos! Have a great rest of your week everyone.
A new recipe for me. Never had it. Im 55 and kinda growing tired of the foods Ive had all my life so new is nice. Saved the video. Thanks for sharing! I opened jars by hitting the bottom of the jar with the palm of my hand. When I heard that 'pop' sound. I knew the vacuum seal was compromised. The jar was easy to open. Or, sometimes I would use a strong thin metal utensil to lift the edge of the lid just enough to let air inside. ::: pop ::: 🎉

This is a must do with the stargazer, and you can change it up to pulled chicken for the Aplha-Gal sufferers I have in the clan, and the refried vagan beans they can eat. You just gave me another option that is different and very tasty for the entire family. your original spice is the best, its a go to here on the farm.
After returning from a hurricane evacuation, my Remington 1100 was in same shape. I disassembled it, and using XX-Fine blasting grit and a spot blaster, removed the rusty areas. I then used 400 grit sandpaper to sand the remainder of the barrel. Lastly, I used Brownells AlumaHyde ll to “paint” the barrel. Let it cure for two weeks and now it’ll never rust again and actually matched the Reciever color better than the bluing Remington used on barrel and it a LOT LESS LABOR NEEDED…!!!
I think I'm making this for dinner tomorrow. But I was also thinking of adding some thin sliced Roma tomatoes in the layers. And then maybe topping it with fresh chopped cilantro and thinly sliced avocado. What do you think Ken?
