I think the touch bar is a great feature, I see why they put it in there. Sometimes you want to go somewhere quickly or do something quickly, this is more of a shortcut bar.
May I suggest hanging a picture or adding some decoration on the wall behind you. The frame looks rather bottom heavy

Apple is obviously going wireless. Wireless keyboard, mouse, sync with other Apple stuff. First I hated the idea of all these dongles but actually all these dongle fear is just created by UA-cam reviewers for click. Remember the MacBook with one USB c port? Yep.

Please test out Premiere on the new laptop. Some of us are having lock up issues using OpenCL as the render engine.

WAIKIN WONG All MacBooks come out of the box with about 50% charge. You can use it immediately without needing to plug it in first.

You actually are seeing a massive graphics improvement with the 2016 13" MBP having a intel iris 550 compared to last years 6100, the 550 has around 40% better gaming performance and adds 10-25FPS on graphical intensive tasks like gaming for example

Honestly its worth the extra money for the processor jump from 2.0 to 2.9GHz and the substantially faster ddr3 ram

what was last year's macbook pro?
The new 2017 base model is faster with 2.3ghz processor, same ram as the touchbar model, slightly better graphics than 2016 one. You can also get a discount on it at Apple if your a student. I'm the same I'm not paying 1700 bucks for a 13 inch laptop that's insane once it gets to that price your better off buying a 15 inch better spec and screen real estate.

Apple couldnt put in a more ram at that clock speed + the newer CPU cause it would have ruined the battery life.. and for them to compensate that, they would have to put in a battery that is over 100 watts, which is over the FAA limit to carry on an airplane. Apple has always been about battery life, and us humans live life on-the-go, so I rather have best battery life possible than to simply have a chip that I can wait and get in 2-3 years when it becomes more and more efficient, same goes for the ram.
next apple computer refresh will be iMac (2017), and Ill bet everything in my bank that it will have a minimum of 16gb ram, with a 32gb-64gb option along with the new kaby lake processor( maybe even the newest cannon lake)

One of the reasons why it's so expensive is because the base model comes with 256 GB storage, isn't it? I just checked on the Apple website, and buying a MacBook Pro 13" 2015 model with the upgraded 256 GB would cost the same as the new MacBook Pro 13" without the OLED strip.
A little disappointed at the fact that apple got rid of the famous "Lit" Apple logo and a regular USB port. I think I will hold on to my 2015 MacBook Pro for now!

Shows your competence, Kaby Lakes that suit this computer (28W) have not been released by Intel yet, that's why it is not kaby lake, not because apple likes to use old stuff.

I love your videos and appreciate the hard work you put into them, so don't take this the wrong way. This video was kind of sloppy with editing mistakes at 4:53 as well as 3:10 where you forgot to cut out repeated words, and the awkward shot at 1:10 where you highlight the specs on Apple's online store. Again, I do not intend to highlight this videos faults, this is just some constructive criticism. I think that allowing other people to revise your videos and give you some notes while in post would help bring you to the next level. I'm not a creator myself, but I believe that there is always room for improvement.

This thing,..for starters, the manufacturer warranty ran ou in 2017, so your Geek Squad super protection plan picked up where that ended, expiring in 2019. THANKS for the $200 , you have no warranty. Return/exchange to Best Buy, still waiting, 32 days from original purchase. What a horrific shopping experience.

I don´t think many real "PROs" are using SD cards. Almost no professional cameras use SD Cards, so you need adapters anyway.
