Sweat really make those color fade.
i used macbook m1 air for nearly a year and i dont use often.
maybe i have sweaty hand.
also i wipe alot after use (macbook is expensive lol, i hope to maintenance as long as i can do)
The fading is a print of my palm.
it's small but it's super distracting or maybe i have developed obssesive over aesthetic
Ah yeah it is permanent damage. I totally regretted not getting the palm resting sticker. Can’t do anything about it but have to just accept it haha
So put an ugly sticker on a computer to reduce the wear on the surface?
Mac users are possibly the most vain people ever...
So can you help me
Because I need a case for my Mac and he said not to use a plastic case so can I use a full skin or something else?
And from my keyboard what should I use because he said not to use silicon? As after viewing several reviews about new Mac keyboards they get dirty quickly
@@vivek_v just get a cool looking sticker or you are right putting a sticker does reduce the beauty of our macs
Using a windows and using it however I want...
The joys of actually being able to fix your own computer if it gets dirty/breaks👍
Some Mac users are just unbelievably stupid. Putting a thick rubber case, screen protector (for a non touch screen laptop!?), a keyboard/palmrest cover, and a trackpad cover to prevent wear is just paranoia to the next level. The irony of making a computer ugly and cheap to prevent a few scratches that a bit of caution will prevent just fine.
@@vivek_v Yeah I 100% agree.
Covering the trackpad is just stupid (I didn't even know it existed lmao). It's like buying the sharpest quality knife in the world ... and trying to cover the blade with some "protection" because you're scared the sharpness will decrease ...
Macbook philosophy could be compared to owning an expensive car ... They are the most polished and well machined laptop in the world and just like a luxurious car, you don't mess with the original design and shape. You just need to be cautious.
Idk why but something gives me a vibe that Apple pays him to say 5:46
A wonderful video once again!
the only mistake i did is trusting others what would kill something faster
the only way that would slowly killing your macbook ( is ending task is needs to run )
and the only thing that killing an macbook by Apple is age
Would anyone uses an Chromebook as their man system in the £799 range ( Over an Macbook Pro M1 which is £699 which is 2nd hand )
I thought Mac precisely controls the battery charging process so it doesn't depend on my human habits 🤔
Is the USB Hub from the "ZMUIPNG" brand ok for my Macbook pro? I got a 14 IN 1 USB C Hub from this brand.
A case or keyboard cover is very killing ur mac
god i hate people like this inducing anxiety lol
if a device heats up air there will be no condensation on said device. 🤦♂
did you skip elementary school? 🤨 yeah dude. all your radiators at home are dripping wet.
the opposite is the case. if you leave your device in a cold car and then bring it into your home
that's where moisture might condense on the inside. has to be a pretty humid home tho.
Macbook batteries don't over charge. This is not correct
I never eat in front of my macbook or PC never!!!!
I used to have something to drink close to my computers. After I spilled a glass of red wine 🍷 over a laptop, no drinks allowed near a computer 😢
Alright! So don’t ever use my macbook!
Keep the battery connected to the power supply as much as possible is GOOD for the battery
About a year ago, my battery's health dropped to 66,6% 👹
So I started to put less cycles on it by leaving it plugged in
It's now at 75% health, gaining some 400 mAh to 3800 mAh
That is not at all how it works lol leaving a battery at 100% is terrible for them if your MacBook stays at 80% it's alright but if you use your phone plugged in while charging at 100% unless it stops using battery power which I don't think any do you are still getting battery cycles worse ones infact because 100% is tough on lipo batteries.
And gaining battery health is impossible the reason that happened is a software update or recalibration
@@ceementality they all stop at 100% with new power delivery version macbook (or screw macbook all laptops with PD system) can modify power input every secon to only accept power required, so if your battery is charged it will come on ac power scource and not use battery at all.
0:37 yeah the paint around the USB C ports starts to wear off, but that happens on all devices using USB C. But I can prevent the MacBook from getting scratched by using a case.
1:02 what is your suggestion then?
1:11 You know it because you do it too right?😂
Bro, this sucks. By this video, you shouldn’t use it at all. It would be better to also offer options, and by that, I mean the battery part especially, bc you didn’t offer any alternatives
how bout screen protectors
One thing that is just a thing that you should never do is
1. Using a plastic case
2. Screen protector
3. Keyboard silicon
Never do these things and you will be fine.
Good luck
@@star1-252 I use a plastic case it’s fine tbh
I hate when squarespace damages my MacBook 😢😂
thank you, that'll make my cat bed last way longer
Hey guys just use it, jeez.... when you was born, you also already started to die
00:00 Avoid small mistakes that damage your MacBook
01:14 Using silicone keyboard protectors can cause more harm than good.
02:32 Proper battery care is crucial for MacBook longevity.
03:52 Maintain MacBook battery health and establish web presence with Squarespace
05:08 Squarespace offers customizable templates for building websites and analytics tools for data-driven decisions.
06:32 Avoid common mistakes when buying and using a MacBook
07:58 Leave MacBook cleaning and modifications to professionals
09:13 Use microfiber cloth or specialized screen cleaner to clean MacBook display
I've always used a silicone keyboard cover and there is no moisture accumulation lol. continue to do these things folks. your macbook isn't meant to last any longer than 10 years. your disk will go to shit before any of these other afflictions even matter. batteries can also be replaced - and I have replaced my own battery in my macbook air twice without issues.
it's so funny that one of the points on here is "don't buy the lowest grade macbook because using it will damage the disk" 🤣🤣
So…dont use your macbook or itll scratch get dirty and the battery will give up
Get a cover for your macbook
wtf case is NOT plastic???
Maybe he meant silicone, but i’m not sure
This video is entirely designed to make apple rich… Thanks Arthur! They must pay you handsomely
I knew it! We have the same furniture from Samyang hahaha 😂🤣
Молодец, хорошо получается
Choosing the perfect color really feels spot-on, haha! After using my MacBook Air 15-inch for around 10 months, even the tiniest scratch can feel like a huge flaw for owners who care about keeping it pristine.
Bro has an M1
No longer excited about Apple.
sadly that how i think for windows pc as AI taken over
Bro is acting like people are going to use laptops for 20 years straight...
No PC last forever pick the one you need than it may last 4-6 years - I lowered it as some PC has problem then
I am finally replacing mine which is nine years old.
Just a waste of time
Bro no offense but I think you got quite a few things wrong in this video
I think it should be full offence. I hate this guy
Ugreen hub is best
So much misinformation 🤦
Артур, такую чепуху прогнал! 🤣🤣🤣
