Strange how she never starved herself for her sins
She was without sin. So of course she didn’t have to starve herself. Such a horrid, horrible person.
Actually Ruby Franke's siblings say that they received similar food deprivation and abuse as a child.... It's a cycle. That's why she thought it was normal and sees nothing wrong with her actions. She still needs to pay tho.
She actually did though. There was a single entry in her journal that said "one day of fasting and prayer for me after finding out my children are the spawn of Satan" or something like that. Cute eh.
Jodi looked well feed at the time of her arrest. It's stunning that these monsters thought they did nothing wrong. Imagine to use God's name when abusing children.
@@NauerBauerWhy is jodie fat and not walking during the arrest but rolling? is ruby blind? yes we know mentally challenged nothing to be done there. But it is literally impossible to miss jodie, the bodycams i couldnt even see anything but Jodie even when i used a 10000inch tv screen didnt work, and she Does Not Even Walk. She ROLLS.

Ruby was telling her son to ask Satan to help him .. he should ‘ve said I did but you still haven’t help me good one DR Grande 😂😂😂😂 .. her son is awesome young man filled with strength he literally saved his sister life by escaping. 😊
The thing that really stood out to me is that Ruby crafted a world where her children could never win, no matter how hard they tried to appease her. Disturbing.

So true
He missed "Ruby was no diamond."

And really does little to explain such evil. There have been some shocking cases this past couple years, some folk seem totally removed from humanity.
If R.F. Hadn’t escaped, I’m thoroughly convinced this would have ended in children-sized body bags.
They would have buried them quietly in the desert I'm afraid. Said they ran away if anyone noticed.
Correction: bag ie singular because the kids were both so skinny they could fit in one bag.

Here in Utah the most recent update we have is the 2 older daughters are with the oldest Shari. Chad the oldest son is now an adult on his own. The 2 youngest who were the victims of this horrific abuse are in protective foster care. The father Kevin is trying to get custody of the minor children which none of us want to see happen! He was not allowed to see his children for over a year per Jodi's recommendations but there was no actual legal order in place.
Thanks for the update from Utah! 🤗🇲🇽
Ruby basically got a plea deal. Jody was doing this to other families in one form or another, so she was a bigger target.
I really hope the minor children are in a good home. Sometimes foster homes aren't the best atmosphere either. 😢
Makes one wonder if the older children went through the same abuse. Why was she so horrible to the two youngest? What an insane, evil woman!
@@Bluemoonfarm17 They all were abused in one way or another.
Sadistic,, gaslighting abusers. Those children were lucky to survive their ordeal. Such bravery from that boy to save himself and his sister.

It’s going to take so much love and therapy for all of them, including Chad. She’s an evil freak monster. I question Kevin as well. Even he didn’t know he still defends her.

They would have died if they ad been taken to Arizona.
These poor kids will never really get over this. The parents (yes the Dad too) have destroyed their entire lives
The child wanted water more than her as a mother! Poor neglected child
"Ruby thought she was casting Satan out, but Ruby was still there" so true. Thankfully the Utah DOC has control of Satan, she's their problem for a few years.

@@grachisol8236 That singular statement should get them both the maximum term. She would have let those kids die in her delusional pursuit to cast out evil.
I tried to find out what Ruby did for a living before becoming a UA-camr but I couldn’t find anything. Apparently she's never worked. So Kevin, despite being the breadwinner, let her run the house with an iron fist. Possibly for religious reasons & to give her a sense of importance. She reminds me of the mom from Carrie & Annie Wilkes from Misery. She's so insecure that she used her kids as a replacement for the world; the world she couldn’t control. Her children, she could.
Mormon mothers do not work…
Both Ruby and Kevin were raised in the Mormon church and raised in this same way. The first family in the Book of Mormon talks about Lehi cursing 2 of his children that wouldn't partake in the teachings of the book of Mormon and subsequently made half his children into cursed evil scapegoats and the others golden children. Makes sense why many in the church raise their children the same way. Its sick.
Why is it that the people who don't deserve or want kids often have the most kids?!?
I can’t believe it is possible that she could be released jn 4 years. Disgusting
Hopefully the judge will give her a lot more than that.
I suspect some fellow inmates will be disgusted by this light punishment too.
@@janegardener1662 The judge passed the buck to parole officers. 4 years minimum, 30 years maximum. Every year after Year 2, she is up for parole assement, if she behaves.
I hope this journal gives her the full maximum 30 years!!
Agree
Ruby Frank should remain in prison for the remainder of her pathetic life, she has abused her children for years and they will spend their lives suffering because of the abuse they were subjected to
She'll get real justice from the prisoners..... They take an extremely dim view of child abusers as many cons were victims of abuse themselves, making a normal life impossible. So when an opportunity for payback arises, they will jump at it, getting satisfaction from the distribution of justice even if it's on behalf of another.
Yup, for sure … sentence range in yrs seems to be from 4-60yrs for four convictions… so give her the full SIXTY YEARS to give her time to process what she has done by personally risking the lives of her own children with her own hands by being manipulated … but even SIXTY YEARS may not be enough for that … may God keep all our eyes on Jesus … and is this so called church or The Temple being investigated? … if not, WHY NOT?
Part of her sentence should be that she have a webcam trained on her prison cell 24/7.
While being in prison she should as well be evaluated by a forensic psychiatrist becasue honestly her case reminds me orf the Yates case.
I hope her children get a good therapist. I hope they can overcome this abuse.
I hope Ruby gets a good therapist.
I hope those children are somewhere they feel loved, secure and cared for now. So sad.!
Even before Jodi, Ruby displayed sadistic tendencies, towards her kids. But pairing up with Jodi turned both of them into some kind of demon Voltron.

Someone smarter than me PLEASE answer this: how is this not considered psychosis?? What makes me angry is that so many of these extremists get off on “oh it’s their religion influencing them” but when does religion become psychotic?? I genuinely hope this woman is never around those poor kids or walking around society in general unsupervised ever again
I can only answer this as someone who has a family member with diagnosed psychosis: psychosis in based in FEAR. When a person slips into a psychosis state they lose complete touch with reality and their actions are not under their own control. They're unaware of what they're doing, usually forget what they're doing afterwards, and cannot justify their actions during or after the fact.
Ruby has proven in the journals that she is choosing her actions, knows what she is doing, can justify to herself what she is doing, and happily recounts what she is doing for praise.
Psychosis is a psychological issue that people suffering from it cannot control and they're innocent victims of a brain issue. Following religious teachings because you desperately want someone, whether it's a fat 40-something woman who's hated by everyone she's come across or it's your sky daddy, to tell you that you're a special little girl (both Kevin and her sisters have outlined that from a young age Ruby was desperate for attention and praise from ANYONE she came across) is a choice.
We need to stop giving a$$holes 'has a mental health issue' as a justification when really they're just wastes of oxygen.
I find that most people don't really believe they are evil. Most villains are the hero of their own story. Religion is a really handy tool for people like Ruby.
When you see the devil EVERYWHERE..except in yourself!😜

Yes, and that should have been the clue that she herself is the devil.

@6:17 Notice that she said “-until the day YOU die.” Not “till the day *_I_* die.” She was fully prepared to see her children killed before she “lost” to their “satanic infection.”
I noticed that, too. We usually talk about our convictions as to being “until the day *I* die.” I’ll love / protect you until the day I die. I lost my own son and even when we knew I would outlive him, I couldn’t say what she said. Like, I would say “I will always be here for you.” I could not say “until the day you die.”
Conclusion: disassociated monster. Glad she’s in prison where everyone is safe from her and her messed up “religion.”
She was a Lori vallow in the making!!!!
That statement by Ruby made my jaw drop. Her anger and need for control is not something that can be changed after such a short time.
How was that not enough to charge for attempted of murder?
I noticed that also! “Until the day YOU die.” Most parents expect their children to outlive them and they want their children to outlive them! This crazy nut needs to stay in prison for at least 20 years!!!

The fact that the young man could resist this nonsense and manage to get away and get help amazes me. I hope someone can help him understand what kind of strength that took.
Young man? He was a child of age 12.
@@MsSilverTulip It's just a term of endearment to call boys. It's nice.
I agree, because I watched the video where police detained Ruby's OTHER partner in crime, PAM. As Ruby was being arrested, her 2 teenage daughters were at Pam's "scrubbing floors" and cleaning house, as Ruby regularly loaned them out to work as slaves for Pam. Pam had been detained in order for the 2 girls to be taken into the custody of Child Services. But the girls acted really weird. They should have been happy to be rescued from those monsters. Instead, the youngest one appeared to be plotting to RUN, and neither girl ever said a word. They really were brainwashed to believe horrible things, with one of those things being that Police are all evil and dangerous. They are to be feared and avoided. I'm so glad the 12 year old boy hadn't completely bought into that garbage like his 2 sisters had.
@@Boogiebear-1965 Pam is a weirdo too. Who in the heck puts kids to work when they come to your home. When I have kids over I make sure they've got something to eat and to drink and point them towards things like the trampoline or the TV.

Her constant gaslighting is enough to drive anyone insane. I’m reminded of the story of Sybil. When a person is faced with a no way out scenario, the mind can fracture. This is how multiple adaptive personality syndrome occurs. It’s is a mind protective response. That poor little girl looked broken and defeated 😡
At the bare minimum, the Hannah’s, Kevin, Ruby, Pam Botcher, and. Mormon bishop were aware of Jodi’s mental health struggles. I don’t know what led all of them to believe that she needed blessings instead of help from a qualified mental health professional. My gut strongly tells me that this is closer to Daybell craziness than we know. I really think that Jodi at least has the same friends that Lori and Chad have.
It would not surprise me at all if Jodi has some of the same friends as Lori and Chad. Jodi had read some of Chad Daybell's books and was apparantly influenced by his book " Visions of Glory".

I seriously don't think religious people should be allowed to have kids. If you have imaginary friends, you're not stable enough to properly raise kids.
One day (hopefully sooner than later), belief in religion will be looked at as a mental illness it is, and teaching such nonsense to kids will be considered child abuse, like it is.
Ruby didn’t “give up” on her YT channel. She was cancelled because of her unreasonable punishment of her oldest son. She would have kept it going, but she was called out by social media. She can rot.
My only female cousin is like that. Her and her husband smacked their kids and punished them so severely, the elementary school got involved and took her kids. My cousin used freedom of religion to get them back, and then homeschooled them to think everyone who was not a Christian was a sinner.
I believe it's very common with some parents. It's child abuse.
LDS parents by any chance?
There’s no child abuse like kkkristian child abuse.
Ruby's manipulation is terrifying. She almost had me at her sentencing when she gave her odd, long speech... but I thought, well, maybe she is remorseful...and then I saw her journal. It was all an act!!!! She knew what she did and was wrong and bragging about the torture she sadisticaly inflicted on her children... she wore that mask well at her sentencing. And know we all know how it feels to be lied to by her and manipulated. What a monster!!!
Ikr? I was conned, too.
If Ruby’s son hadn’t escaped to the neighbor’s house, Ruby and Jodi wouldn’t have been stopped until they killed one or more of her children.
I don't think they intended for the kids to survive. The kids are the witnesses to the abuse, and I'm pretty sure Ruby wanted to get rid of the witnesses, and one of her journal entries alludes to the son's life ending. Also, hikers have been found dead in that desert even when they had water, because their body temperature got too high. Ruby constantly put the kids in danger of that. Their plan to move to Arizona, on a big ranch, is another indicator of their intentions. No help for the kids out in the middle of nowhere. Ruby is one of the cruelest characters I've ever seen.
Saw a little quote recently where a constructive person was trying to reach an abusive parent and said, "Don't forget, your children are your biographers". No wonder some abusive parents want subconsciously for their children to die prematurely so to hide the truth of the wickedness. During a time when I had some therapy, the medcheck nurse on duty said "Our parents try to kill us and we try to finish the job". Hardly believable but that's so much of the human experience out there and I still struggle believing my own experiences as there was so much trickery involved.
@@whalesong999 I'm so sorry you had bad experiences. I had wonderful parents, and so did all the other kids in my neighborhood. We were all so lucky. It's very hard for me to imagine a parent doing this to a kid. I love my kids more than anything. I just don't get it.
Yep. They'd have been buried in the desert within weeks if I had to guess. Eventually... I bet they'd (kids) have snapped (if they had the strength)... rage was building up in those poor kids... as you'd expect.

The prosecutor in this case believes that Ruby is “remorseful” and is hinting that she should get much less time than Jodi. Ruby has essentially manipulated the system, as evidenced by her jailhouse call. It would be a slap in the face to those poor kids if she gets less time.
Agreed. Her talking about that prosecutor made me sick. If he is that stupid, I feel sorry for her children.
I see so many similarities between ruby and my father. He was able to manipulate his way through anything. He even could convince the local police to partake in the abuse of me when the neighbors called the cops from hearing children scream. He convinced every school counselor I was mistreating HIM, as if a literal kindergartner could abuse a 30 year old man. I would always be telling people what he’d do but he could always convince them it was the other way around. I think she’s just one of those people that can manipulate almost anyone. I don’t know how people fall for it cause I see right through that kind of BS.
It's hard to go up against the Mormons in Utah. Ruby is a wealthy Mormon and Jody is extremely tight with the high muck-a-mucks in the Mormon hierarchy. Almost impossible to get justice if you're fighting against those favored by with Mormon Church authorities.
Ruby is much better looking. That explains it.
For Ruby's own safety, she would be better off staying behind bars... 🤬

Personally I hope prison is purgatory for Ruby and Jodi.
I saw the doorbell camera video of the boy that escaped and asked the neighbors for help contacting the police. As they were reporting to the police about the boys physical condition and clear signs of abuse you can hear them tearing up and struggling to maintain their emotions. Heartbreaking video.
Okay so as a kid I was subjected to very minor but still traumatizing abuse. I felt like every answer I gave my dad was incorrect. It was similar. If I said yes to what he said I was lying and if I said no then I was lying. Physical abuse was minimal but happened when he’d get really drunk. I never did anything about it because I didn’t want to be taken from my parents. And I knew that dad had a problem and it wasn’t him just being evil. But I listen to this case and it’s like…. I think about how traumatized I was by my situation and I think about how exponentially more terrible and unbelievable these kids’ experiences were, and my heart just breaks so much for them.

Ruby threatened RF with going to jail in her journals. He told her he wanted to go to jail as opposed to continuing there. He escaped once earlier one time and left a note in pebbles that he was going to jail and would call from there - she retrieved him on the road that time. This is what that poor boy was trying to do when he got to the neighbors as well - he wanted a ride to jail.

@@dirtinmyeye6505 I couldn't agree more that the 1st attempt shows how scared she is of getting caught. Many excellent points Dr.G
Thank God first the Braveness of RF. He never gave up getting out of there and because of his bravery he saved his lid and his sisters life AND BROUGHT JUSTICE for ALL the children by exposing the cruelty and evil of these 2 women.
I remember hearing the neighbour's 911 call. He was close to tears describing the condition of the boy, which I think would be the reaction of any normal decent person. It's interesting that Ruby was so convinced of the righteousness of her actions and the evil of her children, that she proudly recorded everything in detail, thus unintentionally condemning herself. Both Ruby and Jodi were clearly poisonous people before they met, but once they got together, some weird destructive folie à deux developed that made them both even worse. I wonder if either of them will come to realise genuinely how truly appalling and unjust their conduct was.
Absolutely heart-wrenching to hear that call. I'm a near 50-year male with a strong constitution for human-horror, but I was shedding tears when I heard the empathy and shock in his voice. 😢 Truly one of the heroes in this sordid affair. 💚

This woman is insane.
Threatening her daughter with the very flames of Hell had to be traumatic for her, on top of the regular lack/withholding of food and drink.
I hope they're doing well now.
Did you hear her jail phone call where she wasn't worried about an psychological on her because she's fine. 🤬
It went far beyond the neglect. Ruby used water boarding on 9 year old EF as a torture method, shaved her head as a punishment and Jodie threw her into a cactus. Ruby covered RF's mouth and nose so he couldn't breathe, hog tied him until he had deep, infected wounds from the rope burn and dressed the wounds with honey and cayenne pepper. The children were tortured.
4 to 30 years is like saying “we are friends with benefits or married. I cannot be more specific.”
True, she is a kook that should rot in jail for the rest of her useless life.
Ruby told R she will fight R's "demon friend" inside of him until the day R dies. That implies she meant to abuse and neglect her kids to death, doesn't it? She at least meant to outlive her child, which is not what any sane parent plans for while the child is still alive.
My heart is just breaking for these precious kids. 💔
Over 10 years ago I went to a religious rehab in Louisiana where woman like this were in charge. They thought and said things just like this. The pinishments were not as violent but food was withheld, we were forced to wear signs around our neck, and if we got in trouble for anything we were told even if it was undeserved for the particular thing we were being accused of it didn't matter bc if God was allowing us to be punished then obviously we needed it for something. The name of the place was Morehouse Challenge. I dont know if its still operating or not.
Dry humour is sooo under rated. Thanks Dr.Grande, love your videos.
Those poor children were tortured by the one person that should have loved & protected them. Hope she serves the maximum sentance & the kids are raised in a loving home.
Yes, and Not with their father.
🙏 appreciate your informative post in this topic🙌👍🤜🤛
It’s really sad that it took years for these kids to be rescued from these two disturbed, evil women. Fortunately, RF and EF were saved before it was too late. RF is a hero! I also think Kevin, the father, should face charges. He knew how dangerous Jodi was. Was he not seeing these kids on a regular basis?
RF did what he did out of instinct. He believed he was bad and belonged in jail. He believed his " mother." He thought HE was the one hurting her and his sister.
Ruby filed a restraining order against Kevin to keep him away from the children, and then moved them to Jody's compound without telling him where they were. He didn't see them for a year.
Kevin deserted his children for over a year, even though he knew how sadistic his wife and Jody were. He did not check on them, he actively supported and condoned the abuse of his children. Finally, he made no attempt to report the abuse to authorities.😢Why is he not in jail?
@@jeananthony8541 They had more hard evidence on Rudy and Jodi. I know he deserved punishment as well. , but It was clear Rudy physically and emotionally abused her children. There was way more evidence of that with her than him , I believe.
@@Sleepparalysisdemon2 - I still think Kevin should face some consequences- maybe something like child abandonment.
you leave out that HIldebrandt was the regular "mental health" counselor for the local Mormon hierarchy, who made a ton of money off the insurance companies while HIldebrant broke up families, tormented and exiled men, got them arrested, before she glommed on to THIS family as sn opportunity to indulge her sadism.
And broke confidentiality HIPPA by going to a client's Mormon Bishop and disclosing information from their therapy sessions without consent. She was sanctioned by DOPL, but never lost her license.
I was just thinking "I hope Dr Grande covers this"! Thank you
Heard this yesterday and it seems applicable: “People attempt to eradicate their own projected darkness.”
I feel anger mostly about the fact she didn't feed her children. Kept them on the brink of starvation. They lived in the desert and she denied them water. Lastly, the boy was having pee and poop problems; no doubt related to his malnourishment and she chastised him for it.
When I was growing up life was tough. Or that’s what I thought. Now I know better.
We lived on a farm. We took care of the animals and they took care of us.
My Mom was tough but not mean.
I am thankful for every day she was there.
Ruby was a self righteous monster.
I appreciate you every day Dr Grande.
Same here!
This crazy B reminds me of Lori Vallow. Thank God this young man had enough bravery to break out and save his and his sister’s life!!
I was just thinking that. They should share a cell.
Not a young man, RF is a child and was 12 when this occurred
Dogget from Orange is the New Black, when you order her from Wish.
Dr.Grande your side comenta are spot on!
The evidence photos of her son are much worse than I expected. The short video clips don't truly show how extremely thin he was. This is just so awful Ruby was already a nightmare of a parent. Jodi just helped her take it to an unbelievable next level. There is so much to this case. The father was present for the extremely harsh parenting. But for the actual abuse, he said he hadn't seen his children in a year!? This whole thing is so bad. Just all bad. How could you be so blessed with beautiful healthy children & utterly destroy their childhood. I'm sure they will eventually heal from all of this and move on. But their childhoods will forever be tainted by this nightmare of a mother. I've heard family members of Jodi say it is all Jodi's doing for the most part. The theories, the punishments etc. No matter how brainwashed or off the rails Ruby went...she is still the mother. It is still her job to protect her kids. Instead, her warped mind saw them as evil. Just very disturbing.
When all the bad in your life is justified by the devil and all good by god then you’re no longer taking accountability for your own actions. It’s dangerous to have such extreme beliefs and this case really show you can never please an abuser no matter what you say and agree to.
Rubi sounds like a typical trump supporter.
@@johnnygoodman2003 really sad that some people want to bring politics into things that have nothing to do with politics, Troll.
@oceanstaiga... you are quite correct.
These malignant abusers give me the shivers. Shanda Vander Ark is another one. So difficult to comprehend the lack of humanity in these women for their own children. Horrifying
My thoughts exactly! Their own mother! The person you should be able to trust most in your life! These poor babies
It's exactly like the VanderArk case.
Dogs make better mothers than some of these idiots
Shanda Vander Ark is more horrific to me, for some reason. I can see where Ruby was on a mental slippery slope with her religious delusions but Shanda seemed to be fueled just by pure hate for her disabled son. The way she manipulated her older son (who i also believe is on the spectrum) to partake in the abuse and and actively tried to come up with more and more disturbing ways to torture Tim is downright horrific. Even while on the stand, she insisted that Tim was on a 'hunger strike' towards the end of his life vs actually admitting that she starved him to death. At least Ruby took (or at least pretended to) accountability. Truly, truly horrific.
There seem to be quite a few cases lately of mothers/parents starving their children. I don't understand what they could possibly be thinking? How does one get through the day knowing what they are doing?
Ruby Franke insane psychopath. She and Jody Hildebrandt should have had MUCH LONGER sentences!!
I would enjoy your take on Ruby's sentencing statement in court.
The deadpan sarcasm was well delivered- absolute monsters. I hope those kids can recover
‘Business partners’ also known as ‘lovers’.
Thank you Dr Grande! This case is horrific and there are more out there just like this!
Good one, Dr. Grande 👍👍
If she actually believed her kids were possessed so she had to do those things then why did Jodi not get the same treatment when she was “possessed”?
Kevin said when Jodi went into “possessions” they said blessings over her. But they torture, dehydrate, and starve the children? Seems Jodi couldn’t take the same treatment she was dishing out. Those people were nothing but evil and delusional. They tortured those kids because they wanted to and liked the control in my unprofessional opinion.
I dont think psychosis is rational.
They were very rational in their covering up and choosing the most vulnerable children to do this
Why did Kevin leave Ruby in control of the children knowing all the weird stuff that was going on .
He should have fought harder for those kids !!
@@jillstanton9974 right, he didn’t fight harder because he had the same belief system and was perfectly fine with what was going on. He followed Jodi too. Some people are giving him a pass on everything and saying they hope he gets his kids back which I don’t understand. No one knows how many of those crazy beliefs he may still have? Of coarse he wouldn’t admit that he does now that his wife is in prison but people don’t go from that level of delusion to being all better that quick. Just because he was brainwashed enough to leave when they said leave doesn’t mean he should get a pass. He participated in plenty of the craziness and even called himself the “resident exorcist.” He was also very delusional he just wasn’t one of the ringleaders and it would be dangerous to give him those kids back after all they have been through imo.
THIS. When I read Jodi was apparently deemed to be “possessed” at some point, that sounded so odd to me how they could trust her judgement when dealing with their kids..?
How very ironic that everything that Ruby wrote in her journals, she was the very thing she accused her children of being and even more ironic. Everything she wrote about what would happen to her kids ended up happening to her. If you ask me it’s karmic poetic justice.
Great review
I don’t think the place they planned to move to was paradise in Ruby’s mind. She was just concerned they would get caught if the children escaped. She already said so in her journal. She said “he wants me to go to prison” when R escaped the first time. She said they planned to intensify the treatment on the children when they moved because it would be safe to do so, as they would be totally isolated off grid like.
If R had not escaped again when he did. They would have been moved to a more isolated location and those children would be dead.
That is a sick sick person who would do that to their kids. Hoping the kids get a lot of help and healing
Love your perspective
I love how Dr. Grande delivers those comedic one-two punches and jabs with such a calm and straight face hahaha. The last line he said about Ruby redeeming herself in prison with farm animals was hilarious 😂
My biggest question - where was the father during all of this abuse of his kids?!?!?! I think Ruby & her "business partner" had something more going on behind closed doors. This wasn't just a business venture between these two. Everything she accused her kids of being (evil, manipulative, selfish, etc) sounds like she was projecting her own twisted personality traits onto them so she wouldn't have to face the fact that she was the real demon in that house. Again, I ask where was the father?!?! What kind of man allows his wife & her "business partner" to abuse & torture his own children like that?
So I have an answer: She got into a romantic thing with that other woman, and they kicked him out of the house then moved to a remote part of Utah, after she filed a fictious Restraining No Contact order against him. He wasn't allowed to talk to the kids or even know where they were living. He hadn't been able to speak to them in over a year.
Finally someone bringing this up because I'm well curious as to why he isn't even a thing in all of this.
@@hopeseekr Thank you that makes total sense. I can only imagine how he feels now. Let's hope he gets another chance to be with his children.
@@ShawnDrymen It was the no-contact restraining order. The guy was pretty defeated and he's obviously on the submissive side, as any husband of such a terrible woman must be. The abuse didn't ratchet to the 11th degree until he was out of the picture. Obviously, he restrained her somewhat.
He is at least prob going to be charged with child abandonment. As they were not devorced and he just peaced out.
