Omg guys! I tried this upper body workout programe for 2 weeks straight. My arms were 34cm and they slimmed down to 31.5cm (right) and 31cm (left). That's a lot for me in just 2 weeks and pls trust me, I have tried soooo many kind of upper body workouts, my flabby arms are so stubborn but hers are the most effective and show the most visible results in such a short time. I really need to mention how important the fact that she encourages viewers is. I *hate* working out. Like, utterly despise it with every inch of my being. I've tried many gyms, coaches, routines, etc; but I always end up abandoning them very quickly. The way Emi pushes the viewer to keep going, and often reminds them to focus on their goals, it's something I, for one, really need. I'm Neurodivergent, so commitment in long-term goals is very difficult for me, especially when there are little to no results. So, her encouragement of the viewer, and saying that she's proud of them for trying; it all gives me the affirmation I need to keep going. So, thanks.
At last!! Completed all the daily workout in this challenge! !😂😂 I am much relieved. Earlier, unknowingly I did mostly leg workout ( I did not care about details like leg, abs, arms). And there is a looot of difference in my exercise posture, it has become so much perfect now, I was not able to do any plank workouts in the starting but i am feeling comfortable with them now. I would definitely recommend doing her workouts, they are so good and encouraging. The only suggestion i would like to give is not to expect results soon, our body does need time to change and burn fat. Eat healthy and workout well :)

I've done this workout for 15 days . From 28.5 to 27.5 inch for my waist and for my arms decreased by 0.3, not much but I can fit through my clothes again. Week 1 : cannot do push ups and almost cried Week 2 : day 8 is the hardest day I had, I thought it will be easier but no huhu. But closing to day 10, I can do push up a little bit more and felt stronger Thank youuu Emiiii!

I am taking up this challenge and i will be posting if i see any difference in my body. (I am not only doing this video but I'm doing all the videos which she mentioned for this challenge)

Day 9:☑️, couldn't do a lot cuz i was feeling a bit sick
Had to stop workout for 3 to 4 day because of periods

Done with the upper body challenge. I didn't check my weight so I don't have idea about it, and i don't find a lot of difference in my body, may be because i took 5 days break because of my periods, my mom told i became a little thin but the only difference i noticed is my belly fat decreased a little.
And there is a looot of difference in my exercise posture, it has become so much perfect now, I was not able to do any plank workouts in the starting but i am feeling comfortable with them now.
I would definitely recommend doing her workouts, they are so good and encouraging.
The only suggestion i would like to give is not to expect results soon, our body does need time to change and burn fat.

There is another video for arms.....try that. Believe me ....it helped me removing the fat under my arms. This excercise is mainly focusing on back .

I've done this workout for 15 days . From 28.5 to 27.5 inch for my waist and for my arms decreased by 0.3, not much but I can fit through my clothes again.
Week 1 : cannot do push ups and almost cried
Week 2 : day 8 is the hardest day I had, I thought it will be easier but no huhu. But closing to day 10, I can do push up a little bit more and felt stronger
