    just did this workout without any breaks for the first time! which is good for me considering i used to take 2-3 breaks each time, thanks to emi and her workouts i've lost 20lbs so far, it's so so worth it!! keep it up, you got this

      @@karmabhuminews316 literally I just did everything. Especially with cardio and abs workout. As soon as emi upload a new 15 days challenge program. But you must focus with the food also. You are what you eat! Keep doing it. Before I weight 74 kg. Now I am 55 kg. Thanks emi.

    It's only Emi who can get me through every exercises. I'm doing her 4 weeks challenge and im already at the 2nd week, from 29 inches waist line im down to 27 inches YAY!! although I didnt lose weight

    Anyone thinking about doing this workout just go for it fr emi has helped me more than any other fitness trainers. It makes me swear like no other and I have been seeing a huge difference in only one week. Eveyone has a different body type and emi works just fine for me. I have been doing this with live handles workout and I've never been happier with the results. Thank u emi

    Omg guys! I tried this upper body workout programe for 2 weeks straight. My arms were 34cm and they slimmed down to 31.5cm (right) and 31cm (left). That's a lot for me in just 2 weeks and pls trust me, I have tried soooo many kind of upper body workouts, my flabby arms are so stubborn but hers are the most effective and show the most visible results in such a short time. I'm so please with the results 🥰 THANK YOU SO MUCH EMI

      @@lekshmimanju5205 yes, but it's not too noticeable like my arms. My chest and waist measurements reduced only 1cm, I guess my belly fat is a bit thick so I haven't seen much abs yet 😅

    Today I'm done with the 15 days routine. I'll continue doing this because there's more need to lose some back fat and will update as and when I'll be able to lose them. Overall I would recommend doing this but I did this with few other routines so do accordingly.

    This 15 days were super fun. Honestly I didn't measure my arm or waist. I didn't weight myself either, but I see different , and that the important think. I really recommend for everyone. Don't Give up! Fighting! 😃😃😃

    I really need to mention how important the fact that she encourages viewers is. I *hate* working out. Like, utterly despise it with every inch of my being. I've tried many gyms, coaches, routines, etc; but I always end up abandoning them very quickly. The way Emi pushes the viewer to keep going, and often reminds them to focus on their goals, it's something I, for one, really need. I'm Neurodivergent, so commitment in long-term goals is very difficult for me, especially when there are little to no results. So, her encouragement of the viewer, and saying that she's proud of them for trying; it all gives me the affirmation I need to keep going. So, thanks.

    At last!! Completed all the daily workout in this challenge! !😂😂 I am much relieved. Earlier, unknowingly I did mostly leg workout ( I did not care about details like leg, abs, arms). I thought all the exercises will benefit the whole body. So now my arms are much more stronger(I repeated 2 times a day). A BIG THANK YOU TO EMI!!😇😇😇

    I'm currently doing her slim leg 20 day workout, I'mstrivng for 2 weeks,it's been 12 days so far. If I complete the 2 weeks, I'll do the additional 6 and that'll be the full 20day challenge. Now, I'm gonna add this to my routine also. I'll update everyday.

    So after reading all the comments I'm back again to do this workout for 15 days(tho I won't be measuring my arms , back or chest cus I never get the correct measurements 😐So I'll be trying to fit in the dress I really wanna wear but cant cause of my upper body )This time I won't give up I'll give my best to make the future me feel more comfortable on her body. I want to look back and say YOU DID IT! Lesssgooo... 💜
    Day 1: ✔️ (It was not too hard as I used to do these back in 2020-21 but became a rock in 2022 and look I'm here again doing it and also I'm doing Emi's 15 mins beginner workout :))

    Day 3:❌I was sick so skipped dew days so I started again today....
    Day 1: ✔️3rd Feb (it was definitely not hard I'm doing this with other workouts)
    Day 2: ✔️ 4th Feb 2023 I don't have much time so im doing only one set of these exercises as I'm preparing for my exams.

    I'm doing one set a day and today I'm starting full body workout by Shirlyn Kim.
    Day 4:❌ 6th Feb 2023 I was exhausted so I skipped but 6-7k steps.

    I am taking up this challenge and i will be posting if i see any difference in my body. (I am not only doing this video but I'm doing all the videos which she mentioned for this challenge)

    Day 4:☑️ Today's workout was a killer but completed💪 successfull

    Day 9:☑️, couldn't do a lot cuz i was feeling a bit sick
    Had to stop workout for 3 to 4 day because of periods

    Done with the upper body challenge. I didn't check my weight so I don't have idea about it, and i don't find a lot of difference in my body, may be because i took 5 days break because of my periods, my mom told i became a little thin but the only difference i noticed is my belly fat decreased a little.
    And there is a looot of difference in my exercise posture, it has become so much perfect now, I was not able to do any plank workouts in the starting but i am feeling comfortable with them now.
    I would definitely recommend doing her workouts, they are so good and encouraging.
    The only suggestion i would like to give is not to expect results soon, our body does need time to change and burn fat.

      There is another video for arms.....try that. Believe me ....it helped me removing the fat under my arms. This excercise is mainly focusing on back .

    I've done this workout for 15 days . From 28.5 to 27.5 inch for my waist and for my arms decreased by 0.3, not much but I can fit through my clothes again.
    Week 1 : cannot do push ups and almost cried
    Week 2 : day 8 is the hardest day I had, I thought it will be easier but no huhu. But closing to day 10, I can do push up a little bit more and felt stronger
