Wow, I never communicate that much with my customers. If I need to sub an item I'll snap a pic of what I chose to use for the replacement for an approval or not. I always do produce first and weigh everything at once, then go through the aisles. After that it's meats, dairy and frozen foods. My time is under 100 seconds and I've maintained a 5 star rating almost my whole time as a shopper

My personal feedback…. I think it’s cheating to begin shopping before you click begin shopping. I would be annoyed with the overchat and being so butt kissing 😂😂. But it’s best to be who you are doing your job. I do replacements without approval to quiet customers who don’t chat if I can find the similar product. I also carry vaseline in my pocket for opening those horrible plastic bags instead of running and putting my fingers near the produce and getting them wet lol. I think you’re amazing I just want to give you my honest feedback. I was rolling my eyes if you times at your conversations with the customer

Thank you so much for doing these videos. I did my first IC order last Saturday and I was so nervous that I tripped over MY OWN FOOT and shoulder planted into the freezer section door!!😂😂😂😂. Now I can shop with a little more confidence now.
