I no longer see the double phone guys, maybe they moved to another store, I know they were a little worried about people taking their pictures and sending it to IC.. maybe they wait in their cars now.. yea they all suck .. but I can’t complain I still do well most of the time..
I do the central texas area. The market that I do work may not have a CASTCO but, we have HEB and Sam's Club. I have just noticed that there is a person or two that would have multiple phones with them while in the store. Not to speculate too much I know that there some people that have one for work and one personal. Just find it odd "at a glance" both phones would have Instacart App on. Or one would have Instacart App while the other would have some of program going. I know we are trying to make money but, I don't think this is fair for everyone. As for the bot issue it may be annoying but think they should implement a I'm not a bot button or something. LOL.

You'll never see the best orders with a 5-star rating in Instacart. For that matter, even having a "high" rating in Instacart keeps you from seeing the best orders (above 4.94). I've gone through this many times as a shopper. I get a lot of 5-star ratings and I have to ask customers for 4-star ratings from time to time to bring my rating back down to the "standard" range (4.7 - 4.94). Whenever my 4-star ratings drop off and I hit a 5-star rating, good orders are nowhere to be found. Instacart does this on purpose to try to combat bots. Unfortunately, it also hurts those of us with legit 5-star ratings. As soon as I get a couple of 4-star ratings by requesting them, the good orders are suddenly there for me again. This is HUGE at the Costco drop.
@@NJ-Mike-Delivery True, but that would require them to manually look at accounts. By using the 5-star rating filter, they can limit them with automation. It's frustrating but I learned to work around their system as I noted in my first post. It's been working very well for over 2 years now for me and I am able to see (and get) those $100+ orders when they're available before the bots can.

@@jkelly9120 Their thought is that any brand new account has a 5-stsr rating by default. So, since bot accounts are new accounts created quickly to use the auto grabbing software, they make 5-star accounts wait an extra 5 to 10 seconds to see batches while other accounts can see them and grab them manually like you're supposed to. Once a bot accounts drops below 5 stars or gets busted, they just create another one and continue the cycle. It's annoying for those of us who get a lot of 5-star ratings but once you know the issue, you can do things to avoid it.
Bro be making his own theory about bot and 5 stars rating difference 😂 it’s taking months if not years now to create a new account with legit SSN to work, it ain’t like no gaming account where you can just freely open one. 5 stars or below would be different in batches due to batch availability in the area and the demand (bad weather, sporting events, holidays, repeat customer, etc.) it’s not because of the rating. Your theory get creative after sitting hours in a parking lot thinking rating was the reason you don’t receive batches 😂😂😂

So we might as well go ahead and become bot users because we won't get caught even if we are turned in. In that case, instacart should go ahead and allow shoppers to use bots, that way we will be on a level playing field.
@@NJ-Mike-Delivery I am a Diamond 5.0 shopper and arrive 30 minutes before everyone and they all pull in late at B.J.'s..catch the drop ( I don't even see those batches because their bots catch them so fast)..just reduced to bottom feeding!!! It's not fair! What would be fair would be to allow us to go ahead and use bots!

Yes they send you orders shoppers don't want also 4.94 4.8 will see better batches than 5 stars how invalid also the bot users get all the large batches
I’ve seen them doing 4 batches, they get a double batch shop it put in their car go back in and shop two more. Instacart should tell them to start delivering soon as it’s put in your car. I’ve also seen a few guys scanning items in both phones! These dirtbags need to be stopped. Too bad Instacart doesn’t care

This is becoming more common and making money is harder then ever for the shoppers doing it without bots or 2nd account
People need to start reporting the people who are using bots. It’s cheating & it’s unfair for honest shoppers who deserve the high paying batches

How do people use bots? I’m confused how they can influence the Instacart program.
