My little dog was 11 on 1st April. I had to have her put to sleep on Tuesday, her liver had stopped working. But she had been her normal self until the day before, so it's been a shock. I am still crying a lot. Your dogs are adorable
When I was a child I had to thread newspaper on string to hang in the toilet, as we didn't have toilet paper
Just watched their video. It was so much fun, and I love their pile of yarn!
@@janicecoulson5388 Aw that's awful Janice.Dogs are such good companions.♥️
I'm dying to see what Norway's thrift stores are like.hint hint. From a fellow thrift enthusiast/packrat.😁♥️
Queridos! You are very high energy in this episode. I appreciate how you model a healthy, loving relationship where you respect each other’s idiosyncrasies and enjoy each other to the max. Big love from Chicago!
Thank you Liza!
Arne, I wanted to paint my whole life. I finally began when I was 52 yrs old. I’m now 64 and paint all the time. It’s a true love in my life and gives me so much joy. Don’t put it off, try and enjoy! 🎨
Will do!
We want to see the picnic basket😀
One day!
Yes, please show the basket.
Definitely!
We all want to see the picnic basket! Please
Yes, bring on the picnic basket!
The look of panic on Carlos' face when Arne says, "have to buy more yarn." Carlos: "what about our stash?" Thanks for another enjoyable, hilarious visit. You two are wonderful. I learned alot today. The outhouse/Royals stories, the mitten types, intro to other UA-camrs. So interesting and fun! Thanks!
😂💖Thank you for watching!
Don't overthink it with Helmer... You love him so much, he loves you so much... Find a good house sitter when you travel and all be a happy family..
Helmer is adorable
❤️
@@ARNECARLOS I am available to sit with Helmer and Freya!
Your toilet paper stories are killing me! I have a boss who's a real tightwad. When the TP was almost empty, I asked if I should go to the store, and he said no because wasn't going to buy it anymore. When I asked why, he said, "Because you don't deserve it!" I just about died laughing! I started bringing my own and wouldn't share with him, so he had to go home to go to the bathroom! 🤣🤣🤣🤣😂
😂That is hilarious!
When I visited my Grandmother in the country 60 years ago, she had an outhouse with no toilet paper either. I think it used to be that way.
@@edejan They used to use newspaper. They also used to wrap chips in newspaper too. So people would buy their chips and then use the newspaper in the outhouse. There's an expression here for a paper being "not fit to whipe your arse with" that's where it comes from. This is in the UK.
I'm laughing so hard...from Arne's hoarding to outhouse history. Loved every minute. You two were made for each other...Carlos so easy going and Arne collecting everything beautiful.
We are glad you are laughing!
The Star Trek Episode is called “The Trouble With Tribbles". I thought that when Carlos was Pom Pom Attacked in the laundry! ❤️👵🏻❤️
Funny
💖
So love my Wednesday evenings laughing along with you both. You both are such a tonic. Thank you so much for sharing your lives with us xxx
You are welcome!
I applaud “the Full Carlos” 🙌(opposite of the full monty) 😀
Thank you!
I'm dying. "a buzz" in the thrift shop. I GET IT.
😂
I like it when you have longer Sit and Knit for a Bit.
Don't ever stop bringing so much joy and laughter. I so look forward to Wednesdays 🥰
We wont!
It`s SO NICE to hear a man say that “sometimes I am wrong”(what I thought was junk was actually nice)! My husband wouldn`t dare say he was wrong, so hats off to both of you for being honest with each other!
Thank you!
Arne and Carlos are sole-mates. ❣
And the nicest couple here on YT.
Hi Arne & Carlos, I’m watching you guys as I write, I am from England, I have had both of my jabs, ( COVID vaccination ). But I still love to watch you, and never miss . Sit & knit for a bit. Xx
Thank you ofr watching and supporting us!
PBS just started a new series called The Atlantic Crossing about Norway during WWII. fascinating story about the king and crown prince of Norway.
Leslie, I am enjoying that series myself. Very interesting and noted the reference to “the cabin” today in this video as in the film!
Quite a few of you are watching it!
@@kathrynbarker7967 loving it💌🚢
Yes, watching also. It is very interesting.
SO good!!!
The Trouble With Tribbles! They were born pregnant! Maybe you should keep all the pompoms in separate containers! :)
Good idea!
I love your Norwegian 15 minutes! I love that Arne calls himself a collector, not a hoarder. I should think you would have hundreds of people applying to dog-sit and house-sit for you. And that would just be people from your local area. Internationally it would be thousands and they would probably pay you for the honour!!!
😊
What a fabulous show today! I absolutely love vintage knitting! I get as excited as Arne when I find a vintage magazine or book at the thrift shop! So much fun to go back to those good old days! Thanks for the smiles today. ❤😘
You are welcome!
It is obvious to me that you guys LOVE LIFE. What an inspiration you are to us viewers. Arne , your love of your treasures and the beauty you see in everything is refreshing.
💖
I can’t believe this but Arne is the male version of me. I am so glad to finally realize why when I clean nothing changes.
💖
YES!!! SO much
😄
I think I am so much like Arne too. And my husband is so like Carlos. So I think that means we're a good couple!! 💝😅😅
😂 Same with me. Frustrating as!
I totally understand you, Arne! You can never have enough of beautiful things. The bickering between you and Carlos about your "hoarding" is hysterical. 🤣
💖
Love listening to you both. When I was very young I too started collecting dolls wearing traditional dress of a country. My mom kept them in her loft until she moved house about 21 years ago, so they went in our loft. That is where they stayed until we moved 11 years ago. Had to throw them all away as they had rotted. Such a shame and good memories.
That's a shame. Maybe you can start collecting again😉
In WWII, my paternal grandfather, aka Papa, was a staff sergeant with the United States Air Corp, which later became the Air Force after WWII. My Papa flew planes over England and Germany. During that time, my Papa had a pet goat.
My paternal grandmother, my Nana, worked in a factory that made parts for planes. My maternal grandfather served in the United States Navy, and served in both WWII and also served in Korea during the Korean War in 1950.
Thank you for sharing Eva!
In the 1960's we also used newspaper in the toilet... It was my job to cut the papers up and put them on string.. Toilet paper was a luxury for when guests came to visit. You were very privileged Carlos!
That was an interesting job!
Arne getting in trouble for hoarding 😂 He’s so cute I couldn’t resist giving him everything he wants 😂😂❤️❤️❤️
😂
Yes! I'm turning 75 years old and we had an outhouse on the farm in Arkansas. There were stacks of newspapers and magazines in the outhouse! We also had to use pump water and I still remember the taste of it. Then they did something in the kitchen and we had a pump in the sink to bring up the water. That was high class when you didn't have to go to the well. Thanks for the memories.
You are welcome!
At my maternal grandparents' farm we had the Sears Roebuck catalog (oh, ouch), but my very modest grandmother removed all the underwear (male and female) pages before going down the 20-foot-path
Watching you two is SO good for my mental health! You are so sweet and funny together and I love your stories! I laugh more watching your "15 minutes" ;-) than I do watching any other show.
😂💗
Love your podcast! During the 1950s, the outhouse at our lake cabin in Montana always had a Sears catalog for both reading and “hygiene” use. Was a big day when actual toilet tissue appeared there.
Luxury!
I AM that old! I do remember that incident! Tanya Harding and Nancy Kerrigan!
Love those posters, too!
I think you have "joint custody" of Helmer - maybe Freya's breeder will agree to host Helmer when you travel. If not, I am available - but I live in Minnesota! :)
Carlos, your sister is in Austin, Texas? Pre-COVID I used to fly into Austin a lot! My daughter and her family live near Austin! Small, small world!♥
I have maps of snowmobile trails in our outhouse in case anyone is lost! :) We also keep Jaegermeister liquor in our little guest cabin, so if some one is lost and frozen they can warm up!
Thank you!
My 95 year old great grandfather, lived on a farm in the middle of Finland in the early 1970s. No running water, just a pump and well and a five seater outhouse with a box of neatly cut up newspapers. He did not allow alcohol in his house, so while on a visit to see him, my parents, aunts and uncles, would sneak into the outhouse to party, after he went to sleep. I have photos of them merrily poised on the seats, drinking beer.
On that note, check out “Schitt’s Creek” which one a ton of Emmy awards. It is a Canadian show, that was filmed near my home. It is hilarious and the clothes are mind boggling.
Last thing: do you brush your dogs’ teeth? After spending thousands of dollars having my dog Pippin’s cleaned and many removed, I now brush all three dogs teeth. Daisy and Freya have beautiful teeth, and fifteen year old Pippin has much fresher breath. Every evening, I line up the toothbrushes and away we go. I am living the dream (Covid dream anyways). Cheers🇨🇦🇫🇮
Thank you for talking about the multiple seating outhouses, and explaining why the pictures of the King and Queen are on the walls. That is so sweet. Growing up in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan we went to our neighbors cottage almost every Sunday and for weeks in the summer. They had double seated outhouse. I never questioned why but now I know...they were Norwegian!. And it was damn scary going to it at night.Thank you for your videos and all the laughs. My husband is half Norwegian and half Swedish and I now have him addicted to your UA-cam channel.
You are very welcome!
Best ‘Sit and Knit for a Bit’ ever! Even my dog loved it when Freya barked. I’ll be the first one to sign up for your knitting cruise! 🧶🛳
Thank you!
the best 15 minutes of Norwegian “kos” 😉😃
💖
Oh my word!!! I laughed out loud with the outhouse and paper story . As a young girl my mom's family used an outhouse. She gave us quite a detailed explanation on why you DON"T use glossy paper!! LOL. Thank you for explaining about the Royal Family's photos on the walls. Very interesting :) Love this podcast - I look forward to every Wednesday !
😂
Still watching this days later with a smile on my face! Thanks for being you!
Thank you for watching!
Ok, who has a job getting hairs from elephants to add to shirt cufflinks!?! I love your South Africa theme.!! Had a great time today watching your podcast!! Don't overthink your situations with two dogs. If you travel you will find appropriate care for both dogs.. Helmer has become part of your family and he has bonded with you both. He just loves you both so much!! I appreciate your love and dedication to these furry friends!! Have a safe and blessed week!
You as well Vicki!
Some people/channels I watch are also tired of being cooped up and have been making fewer vlogg posts. Happy to see you both well and back after a couple weeks of a break.
Thank you!
I get it Arne...I was just given at least 50 knitting pattern books from my Cousin dated between 1930 and 1960...dont know if I will ever knit any of them but love looking at them. She also sent me my Grandmother's costume jewellery from the 50's that she would wear to Bingo...our family lived with my Grandparents so this brought back many memories of my Grandmother. I bought a shadow box and have her jewellery displayed with a picture of her when she was 17 yrs old and my Grandparents 50th wedding anniversary...great memories of my Grandparents to have. My 86 yr old mother lives with us now so nice to have this for her as well. Unfortunately, she doesn't remember much of the past these days. Glad to see you back, you were missed! , Sharon.
Thank you, its good to be back!
Freya is such a lovely lady. Our standard poodle Coco is 17, and we have just adopted a Coton de Tulear pup. He is going berserk at the sound of Freya barking.
I greatly empathize with your souvenir doll dilemma Carlos... My brother and I fought over who would have to take possession of my Mother's souvenir spoon collection. I lost. They are currently in a jumble in an old mandarin orange box. They are totally worthless, but Mum was so proud of the darn things that I can't quite bring myself to dump them in the charity bin.
❤️
@sparkie,
You know, 'collections' are worth something to 'collectors'. Maybe you can clean them up, get a few spoon presentation plaques and either sell them as a 'complete collection' online, at a flea market, or at a consignment shop and get a little something for them.
Just a thought. 💖🙌🙌🙌😺
I can understand that feeling of honoring your moms love of the spoons, but with similar things I end up with, I try to find a nice shop to take them to, and trust that now someone else will find them who will be so excited to discover them and start collecting anew. The spoons will love being loved again!
The two of you are so funny! I found myself laughing out loud listening to all of your stories! I have told you in the past, I don’t knit but look forward to your videos every week. Thank you, Arne and Carlos!
No need to knit!
Another great episode. We have a friend who is working from home, and she says as far as her Zoom attire: business on top, party on the bottom. I am so with you two and cannot wait until we (in the US) can travel again and cannot wait to see friends and family. If finds yourselves here in the States, specifically on the East Coast, do consider coming to North Carolina. We have beautiful mountains and beautiful beaches. I happened to catch Petra and Natasha on the channel. While it started precariously, it sounds like a great time. One of these days, I hope to attend one of your cruises or events, especially along the Norwegian coast. A hundred years ago, fourth grade maybe, I did a report on Norway and Iceland. Both of these countries remain on my travel bucket list. Add me to keep Helmer team; Freia will miss him too much. Cheers to you both.
That is a good saying!
Many of us dog lovers wouldn`t mind house and dogsitting for you while you travel!!!
Good to know!
The song you were thinking of is "All l want for Christmas is my 2 front teeth". So funny thinking of Freya singing that!
Thank you!!!
I haven’t purchased crochet hooks in 30 years and now that I am aging my hands hurt when I crochet. I purchased the set of Prym crochet hooks and I just love them. Thanks for informing us of this great product. The show was fun like always! You never fail to entertain me. Hugs
You are welcome and we're glad to hear that your hands are better.
You’re the best! Thank you for inviting us into your very special world - be nice to the old toothless Lady Freya. With age comes wisdom...but maybe at the loss of some teeth. 🤔
You are a breath of fresh air - moose, moose - and I am sending best wishes and a hug, also looking forward to a post-Covid world. Stay safe and get out as much as you can safely😷
Thank you!
The moment you said thrift store I laughed, and Arne's disposable cutlery savings made me roar with laughter. The involuntary doll story is so sweet. I love it you're going the full monty but totally dressed, Carlos. Love a well-dressed gentleman.
Thank you!
Show us Helmer's new grooming. We love him, too!
We have some pictures on instagram❤️
Good for you Carlos for being done with covid, lol...don't blame you....and Arne, I'm afraid I agree with Carlos.....you are a hoarder.....as am I...🤷♀️.....Thank you both for sharing your life ❤ 🇨🇦
Thank you for watching Carol!
Loved the “15 minute podcast” a lot. So much interesting and fun topics were covered, most informative. And seeing Freya quite clearly today, she is just too cute, I am sure I saw her nodding off to sleep for a bit. Looking forward to Sunday’s Pom Pom tutorial. Take care and be safe all of you.
See you soon!
You’re both styling! 💖 your energy! You’re back!!!!! 💖💖💖🥰
Yes we are!!
Wow-
Pants I’m impressed
🤣
Give it a couple of episodes...! 🤣
My long experience with adopting dogs had taught me that WE think we are choosing our dogs but THEY are the ones that are choosing with WHOM they want to live and THEY make it happen..... according to their wishes ! I can see it happening .....for Helmer ; he’s already got it all figure out ! 👌🍀💕🐩🐩
He is a clever one!
Glorious discovery! I have been knitting non-continental style for 60 years, but arthritis is beginning to make long stints of knitting very painful. I have always found following tutorials difficult as I am left-handed. But quite accidentally I has my tablet open opposite a mirror AND I could see how to follow a tutorial. So then I set it all up with the Carlos knitting basics AND have nearly finished a garter stitch cardigan using his method...I am so happy
Wow, that is very impressive, well done!
Love, love, love Arne's shirt💗💖👚
Thank you!!
@@ARNECARLOS Because really, we all just show up to see Arne's shirts.
Omg! You two are hilarious! I feel for you Carlos! My husband LOVED thrift stores!
😂
The history of the toilet paper and the royal family was really the stuff of history! Fascinating! Thanks for the history lesson.
You are welcome!
There's something to be said for someone else's UFO's..a friend of my sister's lost her Mom and asked if I wanted her yarn. It was quite a little bit of yarn. There were unfinished knit and crochet projects. I finished an afghan for her and gave it back to the daughter, who was not expecting it. It made me feel so good to do that and the daughter (who didn't knit or crochet) loved it. So she has an afghan from her Mom.
Such a nice story!
That's quite a shirt, Arne.
Thank you Gloria!
It is a gorgeous shirt!
Lol! I AM that old! I live in Portland, OR where Tanya Harding is from. She's still in the area but tries to stay out of the spotlight.
Interesting!
My last knitting adventure was to meet you in St Thomas, Ontario hosted by the Red Mitten. I was on the bus that was late to arrive because of the storm. The adventure continued when the bus broke down and we had to be rescued by Rescue 401, and another bus was sent to get us home. Truly and Arne and Carlos Knitting Adventure. You two were so kind and wonderful I'd do it all over again. Not sure I'd bring good luck if I ventured on one of your cruised though. ❤️🇨🇦❤️
Such an adventurous trip!😂💖
I missed you guys over Easter, so happy you are back. I heard you mention on linked podcast that you plan to phase out the tutorials! What the heck?!?!?! Please NO! I have been a mediocre knitter for 20 years. You have inspired me to knit out of my comfort zone and I am thrilled. I have always hated everything I thought crochet was - but I fell in love with your flowered placemat. Now I am crocheting, almost finished with my first of 4. Never in my wildest dreams did I think would have the desire to crochet! So please don't drop the tutorials. You guys are so creative and have so much to share. Heck, I learned much just from watching you iron! Thank you, Susan - PS. I don't think you could ever give Helmer back, he is family!
Thank you for your feedback Susan!
The Norwegian 15 minutes is very long..must be because of the time change!
Another very enjoyable video!
Being stuck indoors makes the creative juices overflow..you want to do so much
but the day feels so short. What did we do before?
Take care like always! ❤️ 🇨🇦
Thank you!
i'm surprised you don't have a giant bean stalk growing in the garden...Arne would bring back Carlos some magic beans if he was suppose to sell the cow
😂💖
Loved the whole episode (as usual!) - so many interesting topics, but I especially enjoyed hearing about your photo shoot - I shared that segment with my daughter, who is a professional photographer based in Brooklyn. She has also - not always by design! - been a [simultaneous] stylist, art director, producer and even model, though she prefers having a team for all that. And of course not having to stay six feet from everyone! The Rowan books are always so beautiful - can't wait to see you two in your vintage sweaters - and boots!
Thank you!
Love the excitement in your voices & light hearted characters. Thanks for sharing 👍❤️😊
You are welcome!
The star trek alien was a tribble. (The episode was called The Trouble with Tribbles) I love those pom poms!! How many have you made Arne?
Stopped counting...😂
Yaaaa over covid
True!
If you see this comment - Great video lads. 1. Come to Scotland and we'll show you around! 2. Arne, I completely sympathise with you collecting things. I have a great 'picnic case' story to go with yours. 3. Queen Maud is Queen Elizabeth's great auntie - I think. 4. Your pompoms are like Star Trek - 'The Trouble With Trebbles'. 5. Love the portraits. 6. You've inspired me to start crocheting again after 25+ years. I'm learning from the start. Happy sailing.
1. Thank you, we will one day!
2. 😍
3. Thank you!
4. We have heard that!
5. The portraits are very nice.
6. Never stop crocheting, have fun!
I love those paintings that Sam did. Thanks for the company and the laugh.
Thank you for watching!
Just had so much fun, imagining carlos with the skies and to small shoes climbing up.... And laughing and swearing around for 1 hour.... And arne just looking down to you....
And all tho pompons there.... Can't wait for Sunday, in the meanwhile I am enjoying you're book of fovourites and knitting a bunny....
See you Sunday!
Arne and I are kindred spirits. If I think I can find a use for it, I'm keeping it. :-) Carlos, I too am OVER Covid; however, Covid is the reason I started searching for UA-cam crafters to connect with other creative people, even if the connection is only "virtual." That is how (and why) I found you guys, and I am grateful. I love your videos and I love the relationship the two of you share. Thanks for sharing your lives with us. If you ever come back to the States, you have a standing invitation for dinner in Denver.
Yes, we are glad Covid brought us together!
Thank you for all the JOY you bring !!!!!
Thank you for watching and supporting us JoAnne!
I love you both so much. Your anecdote of being a hoarder and the picnic basket/store was sooooo good. I’ve been sick and your stories and relationship made me smile.
Get well soon!
Crying with laughter now with Arne and the glossy magazines. So very funny. Fabulous being back guys. Both looking great with your hair cuts. Super having your catch up and newspaper toilet paper was used in England in the 1940/50s. I can see the joy in an old picnic basket. I have many and will buy more if I see a lovely one. You cannot have enough picnic baskets so go for it Arne. Just funny about the rubbish inside. 😂 looking forward to the pom-poms tutorial. Catch you soon guys but so great you are back .👏👏
See you soon!
Hi Arne and Carlos and all :). Glad your back. While I was having a A&C jones over Easter i found the trip videos you did in your VW. EVERYONE if you want a good time, take this trip with A&C! Such fun, absolutely beautiful country. You both are so lovely and sweet. One thing that just comes across to me that is so apparent even if you nearly burn the dog up...is that you genuinely want to make fun, quality, informative content. AND Carlos, you KILL me all the time, with giggles and silliness and inspiration and wanting to go on the next cruise adventure and knowing I have a year to wait... !
Good to know!
Omg!! I live in Austin Texas!! I am also a hoarder I completely understand Arne I am the same way
😂💗
I agree that it can make you feel as though you are returning to a normal life simply by dressing as you did before being stuck in a limbo of COVID and zoom meetings. I salute your resolve, Carlos, and your return to wearing nice pants!
I loved your video, and I am going to check out the pattern you used for placemats now.
Thank you!
Maybe youtube has taken up your household clearing mantra 'one subscriber added, two to go', because I can't believe your subscriber numbers are going down any other way. Your videos are so charming, where else on youtube do you get culture, history, humour, style and creativity all in the one video? Seriously I am recommending your channel to everyone. Also when Arne said he knew exactly where you were going to hang that beautiful oil painting of the two of you I can't have been the only one who thought it was going to be the outhouse :D?
Thank you for supporting us and recommending us, it really makes a difference!!
Great episode, Gentlemen! Your discussion of royal-family pictures in outhouse toilets reminds me of a story U.S. President Lincoln used to tell about Ethan Allen, an American revolutionary who moved back to England after the war. According to the story, an Englishman hung a picture of George Washington in an outhouse to show disrespect, but Ethan Allen said it was appropriate to have Washington's picture in a British outhouse, because "nothing will make an Englishman s&%t so quick as the sight of General Washington.”
😂
I now see that Arne is my kindred spirit. It's hard to break that habit of "hanging on" to things because they may be useful sometime in the future.
And somehow they always become useful!
Hi! Just doing some mending while watching you. Yes, I remember when Nancy Karigen was attacked and the other had problems with her ice gates. My grandparents had a metal picnic hamper, but you used your own plates and cutlery. Don’t know what happened to it. Happy Birthday to your beautiful girl. Please keep Helmer, he is precious and sweet.
Please take care and stay safe and cuddles for your fur babies for me.
Thank you!
Hearing that you like Drag Race, Trixie Mattel, Pit Stop on UA-cam and Killing Eve made me immensely happy 😊
And I just HAVE to recommend Trixie’s UA-cam series called “Unhhhh” that she does with her best friend Katya Zamolodchikova. It’s a little vulgar at times but hilarious and chaotic 😊
Thann you for the tip!
Helmer doesn't remember he's a guest, he thinks he's home! I'm confident that you will be able to find a good pet sitter; you would feel just awful re-homing him in the future, so why not "put a ring on it" (or a collar at any rate)? It was fun having Freya join you on camera today. Our little Connor had to have all of his teeth removed (he's almost 13), sadly, but he's very happy with his new soft and tasty food! He wants Freya to know she's going to be just fine! Thanks again for a lovely visit!
Thank you for the suggestions and for watching!
Oh you guys are so cute and enjoyable to watch. Can't wait to continue. Thank you for your personalities.
Thank you for watching Sharon!
So glad you are back! So refreshing💗
Good to be back!
Hi Arne&Carlos,
Lovely to see you😀
You both look very smart today🥰
Really enjoyed sit and knit today, enjoyed hearing about the royals.
Take care
KimX
Thank you Kim and we are glad to be back!
Hiya guys!😊❤Love it when Arne makes up reasons (? Excuses?)for another acquisions trip! Really is a master shopper!l bought supplies over the years and created my own stash/"archives" collection and packed them into suitcases to store- all for when l retired and mightn't be able to afford so much! Now whenever l open a case everything leaps out (&, believe me, you cannot make/ get it to fit back in in it's entirety) yet l still seem to need to add a little something to whatever lm using from the case!,Lol! 😂❤But,Carlos is so generous natured and accepting of Arne's nature! Just enjoy your characters and happy natured goodwill to everyone! Stay well, safe, and content ❤XOXO! As always,J.I.M.K Mrs. Brisbane, Australia 🇦🇺 😀 Julia. 😊
Guys I would never tire of your UA-cam channel ! You really make me happy! Bye Ali from Australia in Mollymook! Our oldest toy poodle is 17 and she is a black one also like Freya! I have a red toy poodle called Honey and she is 14.
Say hi to the poodles Alison!
Inspired to get up and get dressed up regardless of COVID thanks guys another fun time and always learning fantastic tidbits
Thank you!
I’m guilty of hoarding too Arne, can’t throw things away. Crochet flower blanket would go nice with your picnic basket 🧺 when you have a picnic. Love to you both xx
Thank you Deborah!
Dress every day as if you are about to dash out to somewhere fabulous, with someone you love❤️
The only way to dress!
🤣. Thanks for making me laugh out loud this morning! What a great way to start the day!
The best way!
I know the dilemma of dog loving. We lost our JRT after 16 yes. We always had dogs but now our children and grandchildren cause us to travel....which we love but also being old, don’t want to leave a pet behind when our lives end. Glad you are back!
Good to be back Maryann!
sit an knit for a bit is back with a new 15 minutes episode - I love it!!! Arnes face as he told that he found five suitcases! And I am dreaming if I could take part on a Hurtigsten knitting cruise some day.
Always 15 minutes!
I will never use toilet paper again without thinking about tearing out page three and Norwegian resistance! Lol! Great story!
Thank you!
Looking good with your “pants on” Carlos. And love yr shirt Arne. I had my first COVID vaccine two days ago and feel very lucky to have had it. .

Thank you, we hope you never tire of watching them!
My cousin (an Ösberg) who was first generation born in Canada served with the British Navy in the Second World War. His ship assisted in the escape of the royal family and he shared his room with the crown prince. My cousin was also on two ships that were torpedoed and marooned in the South Pacific, survived both sinking and went back into active service. Quite a generation.
Thank you for sharing!
