I can’t buy a adaptive solder iron…will a 100w solder iron so the thing?
I have done similar top to glass. They do not stay. Fall apart after about 2 to 3 weeks
THANK YOU - EXCELLENT VIDEO- CAN'T WAIT TO TRY THIS WITH SOME OF MY BEACHCOMBING TREASURES!
I Love it 😍 May I ask Where do you perches the black back copper tape or any good copper tape from 🌙 ✨
Hi! Thanks for the tutorial. I'm excited to give it a try. Love how they turned out. Can I ask -- what's your ventilation set-up like? I'm not sure what sort of fan/vent to invest in. <3
I have looked a lot of places and googled different ways, but I can't find a burnishing stick that looks like that flat white one with a blunt end like yours. All I find are metal ones. Where did you get the one you have?
I did this to a quartz crystal and after a week the cap came off. How do I prevent this from happening?
I love this video, where is that little helper from your cooking videos?
You ever thought of using a vise?! Does not look crash hot with all the solder smacked right on top like that. Besides all this will corrode over time and that bale will develop weakness over time. Good idea but you need to refine the finish of this so badly! I would wrap some decent copper or silver thickish wire around the copper wrap and make a bale at the top .. a much more better looking and durable solution.
What size copper tape are you using? Do you mind sharing your vendor?
