- Ground beef 1 to 2 lbs
Ground pork 1/2 to 1 lbs
Any day old bread 1-1/2 cup
Any Milk 3/4 c
Chop Onion 1/2 c
Chop green bell pepper 1/4 c (opt)
Black pepper 1/2 tsp (opt)
Eggs 2
Worchestershire sauce 2 tsp
Ketchup 2 tbles
Onion powder 3/4 tsp
Granulated garlic 3/4 tsp
Parsley 1 tsp
Thyme 1/2 tsp
Salt 3/4 tsp
Topping;
Ketchup 1/2 c
Mustard 1 tsp
Worchestershire sauce 3/4 tsp
Brown sugar 2 tbles
Cook 350 about 1 hr 10 mins until done. Add glaze last 10/15 mins - Навчання та стиль

I'm dying over this meatloaf! It was many years ago but I still remember my gramma making her meatloaf this way. Everything she made was out of this world delicious. I just found your channel from searching for corn pudding and I'm so glad I did!! I don't have anyone to cook for any more but that's not going to stop me!! Looks great!😍very close to my moms. She used crackers smashed with a rolling pin and she added her home canned tomatoes. She put it on a rack and used drippings to make sawmill gravy for mashed potatoes.She always served it with green beans with onion and bacon. Chocolate cake for dessert. I always asked for that meal on my birthday. Still remember taking cold meatloaf sandwich to school next day. Mom been gone 2 years this month. I still make her meatloaf when I miss her. I love watching you, you real people!❤ God Bless you and your family.

I've never added milk to my meatloaf ingredients, but after watching your video, I will definitely add it next time, plus plan to make the same glaze for the top. Wow I never thought of blending the bread and milk and eggs together! I saw another recipe with big chunks of bread and I thought the same thing you said - when you go to take a bite, you don’t want to bite into a big chunk of bread instead of meat. Great recipe! Can’t wait to try it out myself!

Your meatloaf looks delicious! Ms Chris, I like a ketchup and maple syrup glaze. 1 tip of you only have access to a higher fat meat, place a few slices of bread around the loaf while baking it and the bread will absorb the rendered fat.

I love your videos even your dishes some that I cooked I love meat loaf I just started back making meatloaf every time I made meatloaf it fell apart I've now mastered it I also use milk mine and you are right about the bread crumbs they makes the meatloaf dry I've soak bread in milk of the last meatloaf I made juicy and moist yours looks delicious
