I have the only lawn in my entire neighborhood without poa annua on the edges, what I did is spring seeding and fall pre-emergent just on the edges and that worked great, after 2 years all the poa disappeared

Spot spraying is THE way to go. Especially if you have weed types requiring different herbicides. If you have lots of weeds it can be time consuming in the beginning but soon it will take very little time and product. A big bonus is that you quickly learn your yard's vulnerable areas and you can work to improve the soil, grass & irrigation to strengthen the turf in those areas so the weeds struggle to grow!
What would you recommend from your website to spray on lawn to give it that deep dark green color? Also would like to know something that I could spray edges and doesn’t kill my nice falcon 4 grass seed

Annua is much easier to control than Triv. Triv is the tough one.
got that right, I had it everywhere because it was in a bad grass seed mix. Had to round up all the spots and re-seeded it with GCI pure seed
