The problem is the fact that she was more upset about the fact none of the men that was there did nothing. Think about it, you just got hit in the head with a brick, if you were really hurt and in pain you would have called the cops and try to record the car he got in and the number on the plate. Honestly, most I would have done is call 911. I don't get involved in domestic abuse issues due to the unruly and chaotic nature of them. I myself have been attacked by a woman that was being abused while trying to defend her, and I have friends who have been caught up in that crap too. Now to comment on the fact she was hit. Honestly, most I would have done is call 911. I don't get involved in domestic abuse issues due to the unruly and chaotic nature of them. I myself have been attacked by a woman that was being abused while trying to defend her, and I have friends who have been caught up in that crap too. Now to comment on the fact she was hit. A brick is excessive especially when you take into account that she was telling a dude no for her phone number. Hitting some one with a brick could very easily kill them and should be treated as the attempted murder that it is.
If this is her common behaviour, I say she did ask for retaliation but a brick is a bit of overkill. A clossed fist with brass knuckles would've been more appropriate! I don't care what anyone says, or the law, if someone attacks me, I'm going to defend myself to the best of my ability and if it means putting someone in hospital, so be it!
Provoking someone should be classed as assault, the intent there is to incite violence. Don't be mad when you start catching hands or in this case a brick. But I bet she learnt a fucking lesson.
You're right, one gender hitting another should NEVER be tolerated. If I were a judge, which I’m not, my first question would be could you have walked away. Yes emotions are high, but sanity must prevail.

It’s not equality by any means. However, regardless of gender, if you play stupid games, you win stupid prizes.
