When my (now) husband and I started dating, we had many heartfelt and vulnerable conversations about what we both wanted in life, a relationship, careers, family, etc.. We had both been hurt before, and both had the date to marry mindset. This stopped us from ever having to wonder where the other person stands. We understand eachothers needs and wants and do our best to make them a priority. We have now been together for almost 4 years and have been married a year since June. Don't be too proud to be vulnerable and open about what you want. It will save you a lot of heartache. Life is good 😊👍.

As far as I'm concerned, Roma is an actual Feminist. The women she is criticizing are merely narcissists who use the term "Feminist" to try to justify their one-sided demands to be respected without giving any respect in return. I think it's important to understand that difference and not destroy the gains made by the Feminist movement by associating it to the bad behavior of some women.

Soul of woman was created below. (All that mythology about Adam and Eve comes from the masculine perception of feminine nature.) Unless a woman loves you, she cannot 'forgive and forget' any transgression on a man's part, or, for that matter, on another woman's part. Notably, most women hate other women. It's been said that, "Men are mean to each other, but don't mean it", whereas "women are nice to each other, but don't mean it."

    • @samr.england613
      @samr.england613 Рік тому

Think about it my fellow: We men forgive each other for MOST transgressions; we forgive and forget. Women, in my experience, seem incapable of the same. There are evolutionary reason for this difference, namely, that men are less likely to have to engage in physical combat with each other, because one or the other may get killed. Still, women are...

I love the longer form content like this, pointing out the ACTIONS women are taking in front of men, and away from men, and pointing it the fuck out. Lots of women want to pretend that actions like these are minor when they are not minor, there are lots of women who make these actions or choose to treat men this way whenever it benefits them, including a lot of my friends. Don't let this shit be normal guys, call your lady friends out, call your lady out, call your mother out, do it. "Effinism" has turned misandry into a normal thing, we need to do our due dilligence to make sure its reversed.

    • @samr.england613

Modern feminism is a way for women to have it both ways. For example, if a woman cannot do the job you do (usually heavy lifting or other manly work), they will still demand the same pay as you're receiving, even though the average woman cannot do the described job. Likewise, they want to be treated as 'equals', but they (most) still expect us to pay for the movie and dinner and everything else.

A while back (a couple of years actually) I saw this one video on UA-cam where there was a young couple and the boyfriend had gone in to have an audition of some kind; I don't remember if it was an acting gig or just something for a talent agency, but that didn't matter. anyway the receptionist at the place was actually kind of really cute and she was putting herself out there. The guy was being humble and kind and definitely made it known he was in a relationship. The receptionist starts phone stalking him and even goes so far as to admit that she'll do whatever it takes to break the couple up. So she gets the brilliant idea to tell the girlfriend that she had sex with her boyfriend. When the GF hears this she confronts him nd gets really physical with the hitting and slapping and refuses to believe that she was lied to BY THE IOTHER GIRL. Instead yelling at HIM that HE'S the one lying and that he's a dirty dog and a man-whore. And then after a a couple of minutes the other girl just casually admits that "yeah I was lying." at which point the GF gets shocked confused and THEN goes to "Well it's your own fault that I got mad. You need to pay more attention to me!"
I was like WHAT!?!?!? Really?? Blaming HIM because YOU have anger issues??

  • @blaakrose
    @blaakrose Рік тому +7

If the woman destroys the car, clearly she is crazy and it's reflects why the guy likely cheated. These same women would stalk and make the man's life a living hell if he divorced or broke up with the woman. If the woman has kids by the man, not only would she destroy property, she would lie about abusing the children and physical violence from the man.

I was actually proposed to by my wife. I was blown away and so happy. I say, at least in my experience and opinion, if she feels like the relationship can go to the next level, then she can and should absolutely propose to her man (or domestic partner). Tradition be damned. Culture evolves and so too should we. If your pride is getting in the way, perhaps you should ask yourself if your pride is more important than your partner's or your happiness.

My first gf walked up to me at the end of 5th grade and said, "You wanna be my boyfriend?" I real quick looked her up and down, saw that she was pretty, and said: Sure! We dated til 8th grade, til she went to another high school. She was a beautiful tom girl. We built dams in the creeks, caught salamanders together, and, later on, she helped build me and my buddies' treeforts, among other "boyish" projects. If America wasn't so effed up about everybody 'moving away", I probably would've married that gal.

Way back when my kids were small, I'd take them out and women, usually older, would thank me for spending time with my kids and giving mom a break. At first I was just like "thank you(?)" but the more I thought about it the sadder I got because their kids didn't get as much dad time as they wanted and I'm willing to bet that the dads of those kids are looking back at life just wishing they had worked less and gotten to know their kids better. It also meant that those women felt overburdened raising the kids and the men had to work really hard just to keep everything afloat because of gender roles and what was considered "normal." That's heartbreaking to think about all the time they lost trying to conform to a standard that we're slowly replacing with more co-parenting (which makes me happy.)

Now you know why I've given up My abusive X and I got into an argument back in the early 1990s. I said it's getting us nowhere I'm Going Out for a smoke. It's February tembolo, Zeno. I'm wearing shorts a T-shirt in Tennis shoes She locks me out of the house.
I'm pounding on the door to get back in cause I'm freezing. The cops get called. I'm the one pay in the rent. I'm the only one on lease Me cops made me leave.
After 8 years of abuse. Physical and mental She broke off the engagement. Because I smoked a joint at work in the parking lot away from home. Said she'd call the cops if I didn't leave.
So I said Goodbye, She beat on me a lothru stuff at me. Torched me in any way you know why? I because I told her I was raised that real men don't beat women so she took advantage of it. If I can't find someone like you chloe Roma I'm going to stay single

I've never been about those gender roles and expectations, I've never believed men should be the ones to do the asking, if my partner had proposed to me it would've been just as special, every relationship is different, all parents do things differently, it's amazing that we've come so far yet our society is still basically functioning off of stereotypes and gender roles and requirements, there's a reason I hate leaving the house too much 😂

Yeah people confuse gender roles with healthy relationships. All it takes is common sense and decency to have a good relationship. Same sex male couples have the lowest rates of divorce and DV, so gender roles aren't the magic answer.

I have a truck load of comments made to me in shops, conventions, festivals... when I'm out with my daughter.
The most infuriating 5 being. "STOP! Don't go anywhere I'm calling the police right now." They ignored me when I asked questions like why? When the police arrived it turns out that these people assumed I was either a p*do or a child abductor. Just because I'm a father involved in my daughter's life.

It needed more repairs than the vehicle was worth. So i ended up thousands out of pocket. Of course when I mentioned this to her I got crickets and tumble weed I was trying to help her out but she knowingly screwed me anyaway.

I’m a father of a special needs child. I’m the custodial parent and for years I watched as his mother ignored my child’s challenges. I have experience many women and several professionals talk down to me as if I had no idea how to parent my child. I have spent the last 14 years going from doctor to doctor and from school to school trying to get my child the help he needs. I have not had a proper vacation for the last 14 years due to my attempts to find help. My child is high functioning and interfaces well with people. I’m my attempts to date I went out with single mothers, college professors to attorneys. I am reasonably cultured and I’m emotionally intelligent. As soon as these women learn that I have a child, not even that the child is special needs, they bolt. I have traveled a large portion of the world before my child was born. I remember in the 1980s the feminist of that time said they would respect and longed to be with a man who put their children first. That is not what I see in women today. They have little desire to be part of a family and their humorous knows no bounds. If you his is more white noise for you. I will quote Shakespeare.
    If we shadows have offended,
Think but this, and all is mended-
That you have but slumbered here
    While these visions did appear.
And this weak and idle theme,
No more yielding but a dream,
    Gentles, do not reprehend.
If you pardon, we will mend.
And, as I am an honest Puck,
    If we have unearnèd luck
Now to ’scape the serpent’s tongue,
We will make amends ere long.
Else the Puck a liar call.
So good night unto you all.
Give me your hands if we be friends,
    And Robin shall restore amends.

A couple of weeks ago, I witnessed a really interesting situation in school. A girl had a heated argument with a male friend of mine. He won the argument with something she couldn’t deny. As a result, completely out of nowhere, she slaps him with full force and he slapped back and she fell so fast, it was beautiful. And what happened…2 white knights jumped in and attacked my friend (he does professional taekwondo, so he could have beat them both up at the same time…but he didn’t)
He got suspended and she got away without any punishment whatsoever….it’s an unfair world we live in.

I probably waited a little longer than I should have to intervene but when I did and was talking about how the dude wasn't worth the chance of going to jail she said flat out the cops wouldn't believe he wasn't hitting her and she would press charges against him if someone called the cops, I hinted that I was there as a witness and ole boy only held her to keep her from hitting him any more. She got herself together and left shortly after that and my neighbor said thank you

Divorcee here, my ex-wife had 0 problems hitting me, or yelling at me, calling me names, etcetera. But if I pushed back or even held her wrists to stop her, she would call the cops. I was never arrested, and the final visit by the cops, they told her one more call and they would call CPS. She never called them on me again. Didn't stop her from hitting me.
Going to our church leader and explaining my point of view that I wanted my wife to stop this behaviour, he asked her why she did this. She said, "I only do it when he makes me angry." He turns to me and says, "Well quit making your wife angry." When I called him out on his bullsh*t and that he would never say that to a woman in the same situation. He Tried to deny the bias.
Men and Women are treated vastly different. And men either take it, stoically or the take themselves out. Because society doesn't give a damn about men or their problems. Like the headline says, "200 men died, Women most affected."

My ex, who I wasn’t ever married to, flipped out when my oldest child called my husband “Daddy” when he was 4. Told him I’m your only father and you can’t call him that. My little boy said but “I call you Dad and him Daddy. I love you both.” My ex said no you will not and he even took his iPad he used to call my husband on and wrote “Stepdad”. My little boy came back from visiting his father crying and said I can’t call you Daddy my dad said he’s my only dad.
I still get mad and sad he did that to him.
However, one time my husband showed up in his full military dress uniform and his little friends said “Is that your Dad? I didn’t know your dad was in the military. He looks so cool!” My little boy said “Yes! This is my Daddy!” Lol it was so sweet. They’re still super close and my son tells him you’re the best stepdad so even though my ex tried to put a wedge between them, it never did work. My son will be 12 in October. He loves my husband so much. There’s something so amazing about people who love their step kids like their own ❤

I have been hit / punched by 6 women in my life. I have never once lifted my hand let alone actually hit another woman ever, including those 6 that hit me, not saying that each and every one of them did not deserve to get punched in the face, but in my opinion did not buy a man. Never once did I deserve any of these punches / assaults or whatever you want to call them, however I did allow the behavior to continue to result in this behavior. My biggest advice to anyone in the similar situation is to check that behavior as soon as it happens so that it doesn't get to this point. It apparently took me awhile to figure this out, but I will never let this happen again!

Men want to see also such signs in a deep relationships, not only women.

Regarding your proposal question. My other half proposed to me out of the blue. We were having a great date/weekend get away. We had talked about marriage and our future together prior to this. We were in a stunning environment and both very wrapped up in each others company and just good vibes. They didn’t get on one knee and between courses popped the question. No prep just because it felt right. We then later went to get rings for one another as we are equals and both wanted to be able to show the commitment we were making to one another. It was right for us and looking back on it Iv never felt that an opportunity to propose myself was taken away from me or that it made me less of a man. A great moment in our life together. I think if you look back on something like that and believe it’s robbed something from you because someone else has expressed a level of commitment and you didn’t get to you probably need to look inwards as opposed to breaking down the show of love and adoration by someone else.

There is one truth/piece of advice that is integral for both male and female:
The only thing you will ever truly control in this world is your reaction to what happens to you and around you.
This one thing is what shows the world who you are. I bet that if people kept that forefront in their minds, there would be a lot less violence and a lot more walking away, a lot less judgement and a lot more acceptance, a lot less exclusion and a lot more inclusion.
People need to stop focusing on what everyone else is doing or getting and start taking a look at themselves.
