Bowflex® Dumbbell Workout | At-Home Chest Workout

If you don't know where to start with your chest workout, this is the perfect place! These four exercises will have you feeling the burn. Whether you are a beginner or advanced, this video has modifications to make it the perfect quick chest workout.
The exercises in this workout are each done for 45 seconds:
1) Wide arm push-up
2) Chest press
3) Tricep push-up
4) Chest fly with single leg bridge
All of the exercises can be done with modifications. If you want to, you can use a similarly weighted device in place of dumbbells, just don't use anything that will cause you to lose your form.
When you choose your weights, be sure to choose a weight that will make the last couple reps of your exercises challenging, but also will allow you to keep proper exercise form through each rep.

I'll do this + the 6 minute standing ab workout every day of 1 month, and I really hope for goods results. This is my 3rd day, and I really love these workouts. It get's easier the more you do it. Bowflex is the best!

First time doing this workout. Hard but managed it.. triceps pushups hard and had to go onto my knees to do these. But will keep doing this to get stronger. Also now doing the 6min standing abs workout, 3min plank workout and 8min ab workout

Good workout but instead of seconds they should've done it in reps and sets.

I'M TIRED JUST WATCHING AMY GO THROUGH HER ENTIRE INTENSE WORKOUT!
I have a partial tear in my rotator cuff and all the push ups are intimidating me. Not that I can't do them but I feel it for days afterwards

you can hold.as much as your capacity don't lift what you can't lift
Each is 5 lb, about 2,5 kilo.
And certainly not 24 kilo!
I did this very poorly and i really felt it for days
+Tee Tee reduce the weight in your workout that may help with your form. Stretching after your workout will help also. Here is a great stretching video. See if this helps at all. - Marlo, Bowflex Team
