I find some of these not working, because it's very hard to properly attack with proper weight. Most of the work is done by other muscles. Especially the one with bands bellow body i.e. benchpress - that is so much attack on triceps by negative-weight attack and quite a little work done by breasts. But in general this is very good inspiration. The most I battle with is not the motivation to excercise, but the time I need to invest to invent an excercise :D :D You cut that time. Thanks again.
Hey man. My mother also had very bad diabetes. I put her on a very strict diet, helped her with nutrition and told her what to avoid and her doctor actually couldnt believe the changes. So I'll give you this tip too, what you make of it is your choice: Stop eating things that have carbohydrates completely for a few weeks. no noodles, no bread, no rice, no sugars, no fruit. when you go grocerie shopping look at the back of the package and make sure it never contains more than 2-3grams of carbs per 100g eat meat, cheese and vegetables. your diabetes will be gone in weeks. for some reason most doctors like to give out pills instead which only help with the symptoms but dont get rid of the root of the problem... which is that there's too much sugar (carbohydrates) in your blood. its that simple.
this is a great video. Quick question though - decline chest press - i end up feeing pain in my shoulder near neck instead of chest, what could i possibly be doing wrong?
It should target more of the upper pec on one arm and the triceps more on the other. It could target one side more but that wasn’t what I had in mind. It could also do that based on hand position.

Thanks man for sharing, I've tried a few band chest workouts but they seem to work my shoulders more than my chest, this workout i could actually feel it in my chest.
I liked the workout and will use it, but the wide stance single arm low crossover works the upper chest. I was taught anything low works upper and anything high works lower.
I disagree. If you start low and go high you’re going to work upper. If you start low and come across you are working in the same line of contraction that the lower pecs work so you will work them. Think about the bench press. If you do an incline bench you are pushing up and are working in line with the upper pecs. If you’re on decline you’re now working in line with the lower pecs. So if we stay low and come across that is one of the beat movements for lower pecs with bands since it is about as good as you’re going to get with being in line with the muscle fibers.
Just started doing the workouts. I have just been diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis so I'm slowly getting back into working out. Currently I cannot do heavy weights because of wrist, hand, ankle, and feet pain so hopefully resistance band can help me get back into shape.

Is staggered hand push ups an easy way to target one side of your pectorals? I seem to get more results on my dominant arms side

Dude try doing your reps slow as possible and feel that burn. Doing reps sloppy and fast wont do the burn as quick as doing it slow.
