yeah you're not getting a summer body in this lifetime with this workout... this is more like for maintenance after you already have the summer body from doing a different workout made for serious gains

How often can I do this workouts
Can I do parts 1, 2 and 3 in one session or do I have to do it on separate days?
I have the same question. I'm currently doing all three back to back, Monday, Wednesday Fridays.
It will be a great help if someone can give me the number of calories burnt during this exercise, perhaps all the parts 1,2 and 3.

Not really good approach. No warmup and stretching.
