I love how this video helped me hone in my attention. I didn't realize that I wasn't maintaining my awareness in my dan tian or spreading it to heaven and earth. Thank you for this next level of attention.

It's a rare class that guides my consciousness into my Lower Dan Tian. This class was a perfect roadmap to get me there. I look forward to the next two classes. Thank you, Nick!

Thank you for making one of the best trilogies on this channel free again. I've spent money on countless online classes, but nothing helped me as much as your teachings. To sum it up: you are the best Qigong master I've ever had. Other teachers simply didn't resonate with my unique path.
Ignore external validation and keep trusting your instincts. You are already incredible. Sure, we all strive to improve, but what you offer is perfect as it is.
I’ve come to realize that we all carry certain subconscious burdens - I have mine too, and it's impacted my life in many ways. But maybe, in some strange way, these struggles are part of what helps us grow. They push us forward.
You are good enough. Accept that. Embrace it. And it’s not just you - it’s everyone on this channel, everyone on Earth, in the galaxy, and beyond. We are all good enough, here and now.
Thank you for being that good.

Hello Nick :-) Is this serie suitable for serious digestion problems or are your other videos on digestion more suitable? If you recommend this serie, how should we go about it? Repeat the 3 videos from the beginning each time? Thanks a lot!

    1) I felt ice cold during and after this. symptomatic of energy moving?
    2) I also felt intense fear and anxiety afterwards. I would assume also symptomatic of purifying and cleaning and coming more into my body?
