Good job guys, Pat the apprentice is learning all the time which can only be a good thing.
Thank you for this, I changed the caliper on my L494 today and this video helped a lot!
Great Job
High Ray great video yet again.
Like to watch your videos just in case. Today’s that day, completely stripped the bleed nipple housing on the rear calliper on my l405 2014 where did you acquire Pats callipers from 😉
Cheers pal
Bought form Ebay around £110 per full caliper
How do you remove the sensor from the actuator? It’s doing my head in trying to get it off
I assume you mean the power cable to the actuator, just needs a wee flat head screwdriver to lift the clip then it pulls of (sorry if that’s not what you meant)
Yeah that was it, I managed to figure it out in the end, I appreciate the reply. Great video 👍
Could you tell me what mill the spline is. Mines stuck on need to wind it back
Think it’s M9. I tried an M8 it was too small and an M10 was too big.
Great video! Could you not have just replaced the actuator units? Thanks
the splines were worn on the defective one, so easier just to replace the whole caliper
@@RaymiesGarage OK, thank you👍
