My gosh, that English weather made that caliper look like it was nearly 60 years old with the amount of rust and corrosion. Thanks for the video - helped quite a bit.
Worth noting that some L405s have completely different calipers and pads...mine is a 2017 and it has twin pot calipers held in by two 13mm bolts...it was a doddle to replace the pads

Please tell me the tightening torque for the front brake caliper/carrier bolt.
Torque setting for the caliper bolts are 282 NM
