Back market sucks, sent me Macbook pro without original box, no papers, charger, and it was wraped in plastik inside shiping Box, nothing else for 1700€, fck yea.
Well back market is for refurbished items so it’s not likely you would get it in the original box. Plus they have different tiers in which you can buy the item such as fair, good & excellent. If you chose fair, then that option might not have included a charger. But they do have a one year warranty for whatever you buy & return policy that’s either 14 days or 30 days. I can’t remember but I would suggest reaching out to them cause they’re super helpful! Sorry you had a bad experience 🥲
