I'm on Lions mane since 6 weeks(3-5 g per day). Recently added Cordyceps.
What I notice is that I have noticeably sharper thinking now. Some days the clarity makes me smile out of surprise.
I'm curious to learn new things. I ended up learning some botany & neuroscience. I've previously not been into learning as a hobby.
Also I'm able to take notice of and fix my behavioral issues(dopamine related)
Energy and mood have been great. I've previously been prone to depression easily.
Overall it has been a very positive change for me. 😊

👍to the video! Diving into the 3 studies was really interesting! Thanks for the explanations about the 2nd one cause sometimes is hard to tell the difference from what is a relevant impact to what they calculate as statistic significant. The 2nd study dont show any meaninful impact although the misleading conclusion. Thank you!

Thanks for the comment. You’re absolutely right, the second study was reporting the findings in an over optimistic way and their conclusion was wrong. 🙂

I've used lion's mane tincture (2ml/day) on and off for 6 months now usually when I need that laser focus. My experience is that by taking it I've benefitted a lot. Especially when I need to keep my focus on something for long times and I'm under a heavy workload. Feels like it reduces the stress somehow. I also have ADD so lion's mane have helped me to steer my focus on what I'm supposed to do instead of constant distractions.

when they stopped taking Lions Mane the memory benefits stopped. On No! that's not good. I thought it would have a lasting effect.

Yes that's interesting... I guess at that population the brain is already declining. So it's more about preventing the further decline which perhaps Lion's Mane could support.

I hope you read this comment. If you want to stop your migraines, it is relatively simple. Stop eating foods with Oxalate. Read Sally K. Norton's book on this. It will change your life.

Hi, thanks for the comment, but the article is from September 2023 :)
      CNS Drugs volume 37, pages-817 (2023)
It's clearly not obvious information, as Lion's Mane is *marketed* as a good memory enhancement supplement for the human brain but human studies are clearly lacking to support the claim. Even people like Andrew Huberman (who I respect immensely) seem to promote it. But there's just not enough data.
