Anybody wanting to learn how to make authentic currys watch this guy ,I've made 5 or6 of his currys now and my family loves them before watching his channel i hadn't a clue he's cooking skills really good thanks
If you want to taste real curry/chicken Tikka masala come to India. As an Indian to me the curry and tandoori chicken looks awful and bad. What we eat here actually is so much different from what he showed and so much tastier. Also who put sugar in chicken Tikka masala 🤣 we love spicy food here
@@Goodlife-x9h its probably been nerfed slightly to appeal to an English audience, but they probably do a spicey dish if thats what your after. I thought it was an amazing insight into the kitchen which looked tidy and multitasking was impressive. The mango chicken looked really good
Fascinating to watch , and to realize this is happening on a daily basis up and down the country , good to see such a well oiled ( Ghee'd ) machine in action . Thought a nice touch was front of house staff coming to the back to help out , much praise to you and all your staff . One of these days when money no object will pay Stoke on Trent a visit , until then stay safe and well .
You should definitely do more of these. You don't always need exact measurements for recipes but just ingredients and your own take on the amounts. love this chef. Ramadan Kareem
Love your videos. Little tip for you. With your foil Naan bags if you get a hole puncher and punch holes on either side of the bag it stops your Naan bread from becoming soggy from all the condensation that builds up inside
Very impressive prep work you have in place to stream line everything. People don't realize the hard work behind the scenes for a nice dinner. You have a great working team as well.
Living in Australia, I doubt even your delivery service would cope with getting hot food to me, but I have learned a great deal over a few years (I think) of watching your videos, and my own curries, have, I like to think improved a lot, especially the use of base gravy. Thanks and I always look forward to seeing anew video pop up.
The Chef is so encouraging, prepared, artistic, and generous with process and praise! Wish more places were run like this. Definitely deserves tons of success.
I'm from Manchester but have been wanting to come down to your restaurant for a long time, i've been watching your videos since the very first lockdown! It's on my bucket list for 2022
Wonderful video. Kitchen appears clean and very well organised. All kitchen staff appear well trained. Impressed that there are no raised voices. The curries look delicious.
So entertaining to just watch you bang out all the dishes and how organised the kitchen is. A really good watch and definitely shows how much goes into a normal takeaway.
This was a great insight in the kitchen. It's amazing how all the hard work has been done upfront in the prep work and everything just flows and is so natural in the kitchen
Came across one of this guys videos a few days ago and became fascinated with with recipes and cooking techniques. Have tried a few of his recipes and loved the results. I am now an avid follower of Latif's. Looking forward to viewing more of his video's in the coming months.
Thankyou Chef for an insight into a typical evening for you, your food looks amazing and everything is made with passion. I'd love to work in that kitchen. Take care.
And here I am thinking they make a massive batch of each curry sauce and just heat up with the meat to order… very nice and fresh, come to Birmingham and show them how to cook a curry please!
Awesome video. I'm still learning how to make Indian food. Getting to watch you do it many times in a row was awesome. I will be watching a few more times and taking notes. Thanks for sharing.
Agree with previous comment, very smooth and clean. and not forgetting the pot washer!! these lower end kitchen workers never seem to get credit but in my kitchen they are equal to anyone who works within the walls!! big respect to you and all the best!!
I love traditional Bangladeshi food, they use so much vegetables and its healthier than just the curry you see in restaurants. Its great to see young people working at tge restaurant.
Watching you all at work is very impressive, like a well oiled machine, you don’t get in each other’s way and seem to all know what to do to help each other, Amazing!
Masha’Allah been subscribed to your channel for ages but first time I’ve left a comment Brings me back memories of when I used to work in the Indian trade Love the way the kitchen is run so smoothly , back in the days shouting and screaming sometimes Even frying pan flying about 🤣🤣🤣 Going back about 20 years
This has just popped up on my UA-cam and your food looks lovely. Also like the cleanliness of the kitchen. Definitely going to give you a try as we're only in Trentham mate. Dave
Hi Chef! I used to eat here 20 years ago or so and they were the best curries I ever tasted. It's the first time I ever tasted curry with grated cheese of top. I have been using and following your recipes for a while, are here's the weird thing...I only just realised that I used to visit your restaurant! My partner pointed out to me that you were in Alsager and I was "No WAY" - and I knew, immediately, it was my favourite restaurant from all those years ago when I lived in Alsager. I may come and visit again. But I am now miles away, so it would be a very special trip. Thank you for making these wonderful videos. God bless you and your family 🙏🏻
Thank you for showing me how these currys are made on a busy scale you really have a great team behind you which can be seen in this video, wish you were in my area would for sure be there trying your dishes
Latif my freezer is now full of boxes containing your base gravy and it's revolutionised how we eat curry here. Thanks for sharing! I'd love to see you do a Chicken Dopiaza it's my all time favourite and I just can't get it right. Thanks again for sharing.

I love these videos, improves my skills in cooking indian food. Born in India, but there we eat european food, only when we left we started to est indian meals. Hard to get indian spices in Chile, but I manage.
I like the way the kitchen runs so smooth, with no shouting. And most importantly a clean kitchen...can see you take pride in your craft Chef.

Trust me they aren’t open, or they are very quiet. No way you’d have time to do this if it was “busy”.
