Romertopf Clay Cooker Chicken and Potatoes

Made some chicken and potatoes in the Romertopf clay cooker for Eddie. Then he decided to take it to his friend’s house so they could eat it together. I made some corn bread muffins to go along. According to Eddie, they had a wonderful meal together! Food is better with friends!

I have used the clay pot maybe a handful of times, then I put it away, now I wonder how I lived without it. Everything comes out great. When Eddie's happy, everyone is happy!
