Thank you so much for your Römertopf (and other) recipes! Three years ago the whole youTube had maybe 3-5 Römertopf recipes altogether --- and now the great Roman clay pot is finally making a very welcome statement.
(I would also add to the chicken one quartered onion and a couple of sliced celery stalks just for extra flavor.)
