- I'm sorry I didn't post last week, I was very busy.
French (France):
Azi: "If I'm the one in charge, I could improve things."
Crowley: "Oh... Oh, that's it... No, well... I couldn't tell you what I wanted to, so I'm going to go for it, eh. There you go, so uh... I... We've both known each other for a long time. We've been on Earth for millennia, just you and me.” / “Oh… Oh, ça y est… Non, bon… J’ai pas pu te dire ce que je voulais, donc je vais me lancer, hein. Voilà, donc heu… Je… On se connaît depuis longtemps, tout les deux. Ça fait des millénaires qu’on est sur Terre, juste toi et moi."
French (Canada):
Azi: "If I'm in charge, I could make a difference."
Crowley: "Oh... Lord, good, okay. I didn't have the chance to say what I wanted to say, I think it's the right time. Well, OK, yeah... So... We have known each other for a long time. We've been on this planet for a long time, I mean you and me.” / “Oh… Seigneur, bon, d’accord. J’ai pas eu la chance de dire ce que je voulais dire, je crois que c’est le bon moment. Bon, OK, ouais… Donc… Nous nous connaissons depuis longtemps. Nous sommes sur cette planète depuis longtemps, je veux dire toi et moi."
In this scene, my favourite dubs are: French (France), German, Filipino, Indonesian, Japanese, Kannada, Dutch, Russian.

isn’t it a blasphemy for the GO community Crowley saying “seigneur” at THIS EXACT MOMENT ??? (canada dubs)
Yes, I thought exactly the same thing! XD
Thank you as always!
From what you post, Dutch just does such a good job
Aww thank you! :D
Thanks for the translation! The Dutch dub is great as always. ^^
@@youraveragewarlock923 I agree with you, and I'm usually very skeptical of dubs in my own language 😂 But I think this dub does a really good job, both performance-wise and translation-wise :D
Wow I was just rewatching one of your videos and then you posted- spooky. Anyways, here are the spanish translations and transcriptions (again beacuse I deleted it and ctrl z doesn't work on youtube comments for some reason)
LAM:
Azi: Si yo estoy a cargo, haré una diferencia (If I'm in charge, I'll make a difference).
A ver. (Oh yes, of course, yes, okay. I haven't even told you what I wanted to say and I'll do it now. Let's see. We've known each other for a long time. We have been on this planet for a long time. Well, you and me.)
Castellano:
Azi: Si yo estoy al mando, puedo cambiar las cosas (If I'm in charge, I can change things).
Crowley: Oh, joder estaba claro, si. No he podido decirte lo que quería decirte (it's written decirte but he pronounced it like most spaniards as "dirte") lo hare ahora. (oh fuck/damn, it was clear, yes. I couldn't say what I wanted to say, I'll do it now. Here I go. Well... this. I've known you for a long time, tu y yo. We've been on this planet for centuries, you and I).
Question, does your opinions of the dubs ever change once you read the translations?
😄
Thank you for the translation!
Yes! In fact, I usually only base my opinions on how the dub sounds because I don't understand what is being said. For example, I thought German sounded really good, but then I learned that the translation wasn't that good. What about you?
@defelozedd94 fortunately I know a handful of languages so most of the time my ranking doesn't change too much. However all the languages I do know (save English) are romantic languages, which means I usually just focus on them. That's why I love this comment section, it helps me pay more attention to the other languages! Like the Dutch dub is really good!
I usually only rank the portuguese, italian, and spanish ones to make it fair!
The ranking goes as follows if you're curious: Spain, Brazil, Italian, Portugal, LAM (Mexico, in this case)
