Kilimani has never been a white people neighborhood... LOL! It was previously a low density middle class neighborhood inhabited largely by senior government officials. The construction of apartments has seen many foreigners live there from across the world. White people are mostly in what is called the United Nations Blue zone in Gigiri where the United Nations Environmental Program and the US, Canadian, Swedish Embassy among others is located. Village Market is the largest mall in that neighborhood.
