I first started hearing of Kenya from Ugandan, Tanzanian colleagues at University of Swaziland in the 1980's. Heard of Famous 680 Hotel. And Carnivore. Being academically inclined the excellent universities - Planning Studies. Very, Very proud of what Kenyans have achieved- having been schooled in its Political Economy at undergrad in Swaziland and Botswana. Studied with Kenyans at University of Liverpool - good people. And in Syracuse, NY. I keep on changing flights at the Airport many many times, but have never gone into the City 😢😢😢! But certainly planning to Visit...
Yes, yes, Jasmine. Excellent job showing the people the sights & sounds of Kenya. Kenya is a world class country. I would love too make Nairobi my permanent home. God bless you my beautiful Ghanaian sister. Love from America. ❤
What does world class mean? Secondly, of course you would like to live in Kenya, why do you have to announce it. You will go where ever they have the tallest building. The only one you are doing a favour is yourself
@dimbwemazala8978 Yes, world class means that the infrastructure is up too standard. They have public facilities that are modern and updated in areas of technology, economic, medicine, transportation, etc. The government is stable and serves the needs of the people to the best of its knowledge. This gives Kenyan a triple AAA rating in my book as a world-class country.
@@michaelmiller2277 We do not care about YOUR ranking. You have your own selfish needs and desires. You want to go there and find a country that caters to your whims. This is not why we are building our countries. Our most important objective is uplift the material conditions of our people. It is more important that no one lives in Kibera, and that everyone has running water, functioning sewers, cheap and universally available electricity, abundant and affordable staple foods, educational and medical facilities, than the skyline of any part of the country looks like that of Chicago, Toronto or New York. We do not care about the world designation. Talking about seasons, Nairobi being located near the equator and at an elevation of 1600 m above sea level tends to have cooler temperatures at night hovering between 12 to 15 degrees centigrade while the maximum temperature hovers between 23 in the coolest month of June July August and around 28 degrees during December, January and February. So basically, the seasons are not distinct as you find it in the northern hemisphere or southern hemisphere. What is different is some months are drier than others. This time of the year is supposed to be cooler and drier that the rest of the year.

I know KENYA is more advanced than Ghana. They have good roads and more skyscrapers than Ghana. Cost of living far cheaper than Ghana. In fact, real estates with well planned communities far better and cheaper than Ghana. Ghana is my country but Ghana is OVER-HYPED AND OVER PRICED DUE TO ENORMOUS CORRUPTION
@bella-qz6ls I personally come from Ghana so I no vividly what I'm saying. Where in Kenya would you import something overseas say $20,000 and you pay $18,000.00 as JUST AN IMPORT DUTY on it? That is 92% import duty on item you just bought overseas. This has happened not even long ago. Just a week ago. I imported steel bars from China only to be slapped with this abnormal duty charges in Ghana, $18000 ( Solid American Dollars). Ghana is so corrupt beyond repair, if still doubt me, please go on UA-cam and compare prices of goods and services, compare real estates. While you can buy a very nice house in good neighborhoods in Kenya for say $150,000, to $300,000, the same in somehow average neighborhoods in Ghana, will triple the the price if not quadruple.

That’s good though Rwanda and Kenya are very different in many aspects.

Carnivore still exists. Special place. Plan to visit one day.
Kenya is beautiful and am proud to be a kenyan ❤

East Africans grow a lot of chilli but rarely consume it compared to west Africans. We rarely use lots of spices in our meals.
💯. Kenya Coast dishes are quite spicy and Asian cuisine compared to most Kenyan staple meals.
Thanks for this information that I needed to know

I know KENYA is more advanced than Ghana. They have good roads and more skyscrapers than Ghana. Cost of living far cheaper than Ghana. In fact, real estates with well planned communities far better and cheaper than Ghana. Ghana is my country but Ghana is OVER-HYPED AND OVER PRICED DUE TO ENORMOUS CORRUPTION

@@bella-qz6lsAbsolutely!
