The truth is, the person catching you, just reveals your own judgments about what you’re doing to yourself. It’s not really about what they’re thinking of you/what you’re doing, they just help you realise what YOU really think about it.
There is a local in my town that also lost her child in a house fire and carries around a fake baby with her everywhere she goes. Truly is sad especially since they seem made fun of a lot. :(

I honestly would be friends with the puppet lady. Also I got a feeling that a big reason why she got to that "I'd rather be with my puppets instead of people" is because everytime she gets around people all she got was negative comments about her puppets. She obviously enjoyed her puppets, it could have been a harmless hobby. But nobody supported her with the thing that made her happy. So she ended up disconnecting happiness from people. No longer associating people with positive feelings of course she prioritized what made her happy and it started to consume her life. I think if her family and friends had at the begging supported her hobby a little more instead of trying to push their expectations on her (like how she should get married and have kids) things could have turned out differently... They though it was weird so they wanted her to stop. She just wanted to enjoy herself and cause people alienated what made her happy she ended up turning away from people. Now people alienate her.

On her mentioning 'shoveling snow' and 'raking leaves', that sounds like it was a generalization of the mundane tasks her family was trying to force upon her. Yeah, the puppets all seem to be her way of safely expressing her emotions without fear of condemnation, only it's not working as she wants.
When I worked as a dishwasher there was an older woman in her 50’s who kept talking about her newly adopted baby. I bought the baby some clothes. When she came to the Christmas party I met her “baby”. It was a baby doll that was incredibly realistic. Turns out she never had children and this was her way of coping. I felt so bad for her.
Daz is such a beautiful human being. For him to go out of his way to save up money for a homeless woman who is suffering from a mental illness due to loss, is just amazing. Live long Daz❤

When I worked as a dishwasher there was an older woman in her 50’s who kept talking about her newly adopted baby. I bought the baby some clothes. When she came to the Christmas party I met her “baby”. It was a baby doll that was incredibly realistic. Turns out she never had children and this was her way of coping. I felt so bad for her.
