Cinnamon Muffins

These are the BEST muffins ever! They are perfect for breakfast or just as a snack! The recipe only makes about 11 small muffins so you can double the recipe if you have a big family! Enjoy!
You Need:
Baking Cups
1/2 Cup Sugar
1/2 Cup Milk
1/3 Cup Vegetable Oil
1 Egg
1 1/2 Cups All-Purpose Flour
1 1/2 Tsp Baking Powder
1/2 Tsp Salt
1/4 Tsp Ground Nutmeg
1/2 Cup Sugar
1 Tsp Ground Cinnamon
1/2 Cup (1 Stick) Unsalted Butter
(ALL INGREDIENTS ARE LISTED IN THE ORDER IN WHICH YOU WILL USE THEM)

Doubled this recipe, did not add nutmeg, instead added 2 tbsps of cinnamon. Batter was super thick, but muffins came out tasting great!
