Jen Parrilla -- I agree !! So authentic, it’s like I am having a convo with him when I watch his videos while baking his heavenly treats ! He’s such a joy to watch and laugh with ....not rehearsed. I am thinking is Brian laughing 😂 silently while he tapes this ??? Cause I would be cracking up and shaking that camera....cause I wouldn’t be so still. Going to send this recipe to my sons girlfriends to make for our Father’s Day dinner. We are still social distancing , max. 10 for family dinners. Really going to miss seeing the fathers in our extended family to celebrate Father’s Day this year.☹️

@@jennifersoto698 you've never made buttercream? It is very sweet, some people love it some don't. I could eat the bowl. If you don't like things to sweet don't add to much to your cupcake.

My husband and I made these today. OMG, they are fantastic!!! Every recipe we have made from Preppy Kitchen have been wonderful and are now family favorites! I’ve been putting them in a recipe book, for my kids to use.

Was craving Oreo cupcakes and made this. You were right about the frosting. It tastes like cookies and cream ice cream but in frosting form.
TIP: Add a couple of drops of purple gel food coloring to counteract the yellow in your buttercream.
My sister is a hair colorist and you do the same with blonde hair. I do this with my icings all the time and it works great. Hope this helps someone!
