We have a GoFast mounted on our Ram 2500. 70000km of travel from Newfoundland to the deserts of Anza Borrego and we never had one problem. This V2P looks 🔥
You must not be sending. 😅. I have a topper on a ram2500 and in 3 trips I have it falling apart. I still love the gfc brand and company so I’m doing whatever I got to do to make it survive. I built a full cage for it to get the weight off the bed rails and prevent it front shifting when sending thru whoops. I actually love my topper even more now that it’s truly boogie rated now. #gofastercamper edition
@@drkdss8742 my diesel ram is not being sent through the 3 foot whoops! Our truck does however see a ton of off road just at old man speed 😜

I had put my order in a month ago for Oct install and then received an enail letting me know I'm getting Pro V2. So stoked!!!!!!!!
Boy I’m glad I hadn’t pulled the trigger yet because this just eliminated every doubt I had about getting one.
Nailed it! So proud to serve the GFC community in the PNW. We are ready and waiting for the upgrade train to get rolling! The improvements are testament to a dedication to the ethos that no GFC camper ever ends up in a landfill! We are here for it - I wish I could be more specific... maybe even super specific.

Love the idea of the headliner! I currently work night shift, camp during the day in the national forest when I work away from home 10-12 nights a month. I would love it to stay dark while I’m sleeping!!! I use an eye mask now, but the tent top warms up the tent in the summer. I’ll bolo for the product to come up for sale.

Nothing to do with the GFC but most trucks have tailgate gaps and drainage ports in the truck bed. How have people been preventing water and dust from making everything in the bed of the truck filthy? Just curious. I had a Toyota in the 1980’s and used foam around the tailgate with my fibreglass topper. The truck I have now is a Honda Ridgeline, which isn’t conducive to any kind of camper, anything in the back gets covered in dust or wet even with a cover, just too many entry points.

Ill be really happy to upgrade the panel locks. The ones that came with my v2 are not great. I hope that's an option.
We will have a latch upgrade path that makes the current locks very good. Stay tuned for the July 1st update 🇺🇸

How much weight can be on the rack while down and popped up?
Up to about 500# closed and 75-100 depending on location when opening. More than you’d want on the roof of your car to be honest

So y’all finally put covers on the door latches but they open from the top so water that does get in gets trapped? Please go fast, there’s still time to fix that
I’d guess it’s more for mud and ice than water, and when it’s open it’s open, not hanging in front of the latch and in the way.

We don’t currently, but will have a clear upgrade path to implement some major v2 pro upgrades into existing campers in case you don’t want to have to sell your existing unit 🤝
