"other stuff adjacent to sleeping" nice one!😀
👀
💃🕺 🥰
I've had one of these campers since 2020 and it's been everywhere. Still going strong! Thank you for making great products right here in America!
Glad you like them! Stoked to have you on the team
We LOVE our V2 XL. It’s a great setup. My only future suggestion is an origami hard-panel option up top, just to really seal the deal on Ski weekends in the GFC. Maximize heat retention and minimize wind noise… win win.
Yep this seems to have corrected most of the initial owner complaints. I'm damn near sold
what's holding you back?
Ready when you are 🤝🇺🇸
Fixed basically everything I was worried about buying for now I'm basically sold.
The only thing I would like to see one day is heavier duty struts to lift the tent with more weight on top. But I am sold so if you come with an upgrade one day to replace them that's great too. Great product now and can't wait to have one!!!
Shoot us an email we have a kit that would help with that
America First! Great Video!
Thanks for your support Peter!
yep...im sold
Very compelling vid. GFC has significantly closed the gap with competitors like SP. Nice job Graeme!
Our mission is to get as many people as possible out into adventure to go see everything, and find out the world’s not that scary of a place. The V2 Pro makes that even easier for our customers 🤝🇺🇸
After using multiple versions of the GFC, I confidently say that this is the answer! Thanks for listening! 👏 👏
Appreciate your support Josh!
Awesome updates. The tent quality 👌 makes it a lot better.
I kind of expected another hilarious video like the first one.
It's still great though
Thanks Samantha!
SOLD…..BUT did they deal with the issue everyone complained about water seaping in when its closed and there is a hard rain? people said they had to open the tent once a week to air it out when it rains
Crushing it 🙌🏼
Thanks Braedin!
WANT!!!!! Super bad ass guys - keep up the stoke
Thanks amigo!
I can’t wait for the V2Pro-Mini!
Aka, for my Kei Truck!
Looks like an excellent product and very competitive in the wedge marketplace.
Now we just needs some new hats to match the new PRO!
🤝
Mine gers here (Sacramento) in October. Already planning trios with my boys!
Eventually I’ll snag one of these!
We will be ready when you are!
Wish they made a larger version
Nicely done, really dig all the tent updates you addressed. Any ETA on when the updates will make it into the RTT?
Love all the new upgrades. How hard would it be to add another 16” to the length to sleep with the back panels out? Call it the V2 Pro XL
Fr, I think that’s about the only draw back for me
Ditto. Would gladly pay more for 16” longer version with open access panel between open and lower decks. This is pretty trivial as far as the engineering side of it goes.
Couldnt agree more however it would take some rethinking of the flooring system (right now the opening is a square divided into squares…) their best bet would likely to be extend the length and have the last x amount of space be a fold up/down shelf.
For trucks with sliding rear windows, does GFC offer a front window with a pass through?
Any plans for a pop up that sleeps 4 possibly?
I can't wait to take a tour of one in Bozeman next time I'm up that way. Do you guys sell those GFC hoodies?
Yessir! Only in Montana currently but will be on the website this summer
I would use cantalevers like a old VW Vanagon instead of the nitrogen shocks so the "hinged" end could.go up another foot. That gives a lot more room for long feet.
So you did a pro "thing"? 😂❤❤❤
Addressed all issues.
Looks like a lot of improvements. I’m surprised you guys didn’t add in pass throughs in the tent for vent tubing for a diesel heater. This is available on the new fsr rooftop tents. Was there a reason not to add this?
There are some killer 3D printed zip in solutions available on the market
@@GFC Will your RTT Pro version have a heater or cooling hose port?
@@GFCplease provide link; last thing i need for my camper
What is the R-value on the new foam? Wondering if it's enough for some winter camping alone or if I'd need to still bring a separate air mat.
Think I saw r-18 so plenty.
Looks great. Will the RTT get the upgrades too?
I'm waiting on the v2 Pro knee for Larry.
Poor guy
I would love to rent one of these for a road trip
Check out hatch adventures in Bozeman Montana
Did you fix how the front corners of the tent mate to the frame in this version to 100% alleviate that water intrusion and I’m not talking about using liquid nails?
Yessir, the construction of the fabric in the corners is totally different on the new pattern
@@GFC awesome. I’m gonna be upgrading from the Superlite to the platform rtt soon.
With a V1 on the rig already will the new tent, headliner and lighting system fit as an upgrade?
Do you have any real world data on temperature differences with the side panels popped open while driving? Im glad to hear cocnerns with ventilation for dogs has been though of, just wondering how much of a difference it makes.
Man! I just put my down deposit for the topper. The v2 pro makes me wanna get the camper for no reason 🤣
🤝🇺🇸
Have you guys considered a removable rain fly that would encapsulate the whole camper?
I'm a previous GFC owner and sold ours because we had several trips ruined due to raining the night prior to packing up and moving to a new spot. If the tent is wet at all, and you need to pack it up, you are drenching the mattress. A removable fly would go a long way to fixing that.
The new doors zip all the way around rather than being open at the bottom, so there shouldn’t be a concern with water intrusion there
@gofastcampers I’m in a raptor, did you have to do any rear suspension mods for the weight?
Not with the empty bed but we will look to eibach springs for the gen 3 coils
Once we add power systems and camping gear
nice...what's the weight of the camper? with and without the RTT?
Hey @gofastcampers, no mention of the “awning kit ready” feature you advertise on the site. What’s that about?
Collaborating with an existing aftermarket small business on getting inventory and pricing dialed in now! More info in the coming weeks
Bout to buy another one 😅
Hahaha we are stoked on how it all came together. Solid upgrades 🤝👀
that step on the tailgate 😮 how?
Ford magic
Get rid of those X crossbars guys, that’s what people were really bummed about, you cant each in to get your bigger items out
I think it’s for structural support. The frame would get much weaker if not because of those X bars.
Exactly, light and strong needs structure. Plus there’s still TONS of room for access
Those sure will break a bank. Overland vehicle system’s system is better
Do you guys support the Cybertruck?
Not yet, would you be interested?
Still don’t see why they can’t add some type of rain cover that comes out over one of the doors. Heavy downpour looks like rain is going straight in if you try to get in or out.
Go in or out through the truck bed 🤝
make one for a '93 Ford Bronco
We’ve done a few tents on the obs trucks
Salesmen 😂
I will be a customer in a matter of a few days. 🫡
Stoked to have you on the team!
