    ROSEMARY
    Rosemary is a commonly used culinary herb.
    It’s also been shown to be helpful for both migraine as well as brain health.
    Rosemary has been shown to decrease migraine attacks, but also improve memory and cognitive function.
    There are several different ways you can use Rosemary -
    - as an herb in your cooking
    - as an extract in tea
    - as an oil in an aromatherapy diffuser
    - as a supplement.
    Because I was so convinced about the benefits of rosemary for brain health, I decided to put rosemary extract, along with magnesium malate, riboflavin, curcumin, and feverfew in my migraine supplement called CALM.
