I find the term “easy to use” difficult to agree with! I’ve had my Equinox for 6 weeks and still don’t understand it. I’ve been back to the dealer 4 times and apparently they don’t know that much about it either!!

To use apple car play or android auto, do I still need to use a USB port? Just wish that now with data on mylink I could have an online map.

You're able to link your phone and listen to music via Bluetooth.

You touch on all the things I'll never use, but say nothing about using folders from USB, which I still haven't figured out after 1 year

I put an SD card in my parents Equinox and it worked pretty well at playing their music. I had an issue where it wouldn't read WMA files and I had to convert everything to MP3. I tried to exchange their 32G SD card with a 64G but the car won't read it? If I put the old one back in it goes right back to playing the song it was on. Do I have to reset something?
