State laws very from state to state
in michigan there labeled as mopeds . as long as there 50cc and under . you need a moped sticker . but wait theres more they cant really tell if the motor is over 50cc unless they measure the piston aint no cop going to take your engine apart on the side of the road lol . with that you ride these at your own risk . but thats what makes them fun . ride safe
It amazes me how stupid some people are. heard someone say one time after they got into a car accident that they were going to get the warranty to fix the car lol some people in Texas anything that can go over 28mph on a flat surface has to get a permit or don't go speeding in front of the cops thanks for the info ride safe
