Soo no video showing how you install the sprocket, fuel kit etc on a regular bike? Youre selling engines but only advertise for your bike combo? Thats not very welcoming for new builders. :/
Thanks so much for leaving a comment. So sorry for any confusion this video is a demonstration of how to assemble our screaming demon bicycle package. If you would like to learn more about our standard bicycle conversion kits you can see our manual section here. You can also email us and we can send you a brochure and instruction pamphlet! Hope to speak to you soon and thanks again.
I had to take mine to a bike shop to get installed, I found installing the fork too complicated. Rear brake disc came bent for me and some damage to the kickstand. I would suggest anyone trying to buy one of these bikes to just buy the frame and build it from there as shipping all these parts together results in them coming damaged from mishandling.
My parts came and they are not alined in a specific part and I can’t get one bolt in the part. Also a one piece of metal cane completely bent. I haven’t messed around with it yet but I’m hoping I can re aline it. Very disappointed. I got the zeta phantom 85 by the way. Don’t know what I’m going to do
Jonathan I am sorry to hear that you are having issues and that something came bent in the packaging. If you could please email support@bicycle-engines.com and send us pics of the items that are bent or look wrong and we can help you in getting the situation fixed asap.
@@BicycleEngines it’s alright I managed to jerry rig the specs a little bit by hammering the piece into shape. Just barely fit after that but it works for now
My bike has (had!) rear disc brakes and what a pain.... not enough clearance for the caliper, I switched to a larger rotor and it was scraping on the frame, just one thing after another. 🙃🤪🤬
The bofeng version of the NT carburetor sucks!!! It doesn't have a primer button so you have to peddle your bike around the block twice or squirt some gas in the choke and it'll start right up but you're better off to spend ten bucks and buy an actual NT and have a primer button. Also buy an aftermarket chain tensioner the ones that come with the kits suck
We do carry the Zeda 80 NT Carb not a generic version. Here is the Link if you are looking to purchase one. www.bicycle-engines.com/zeda-80-nt-carburetor-80cc-66cc-2-stroke-motorized-bicycle-bike-engine-carb/
@@Bobs-yer-uncle exactly! They're both the same size carburetor but the jets are different and there is no primer button. I'm putting a bigger carburetor on my phantom 85 but until then I squirt gas in the choke so it starts right up and I don't have to pedal around the block. Imagine starting an old car without fuel injection and not pumping the gas. That's what it's like without the primer button
Glueing the nuts in place on the throttle assembly is for sure a helpful tip.
That's a great and informative build, sharp looking bike!! 👍👍
Since you have adjustable drop outs you can delete that awful chain tensioner, they are not only dangerous they cause quit a bit of drag.

A basic cruiser bike would've been nice for beginners.
You only need one brake handle Alex berry that controls both calibers at the same time, ,

Your bucking arm should’ve been set to neutral before attaching the cable to prevent excessive wear on the bearing, arm and pin
How’s the vibration on these when an engine is installed?
About the same, definitely more reliable… wont crack under vibration
Can you do this for the zeda dawn v2 frame please?
this works for that too look in the discription
Do the rear disk brake bikes like the zeda dawn v2 cause any problems with installation or chain alignment?
I’ve seen videos saying it can be easier to have a disc in front and pads on the rear tire is easier for installing .

the front tire looks banged up
The tire is just flat.
Is it 80cc or 66? As im seeing a “66/80” kit
80cc is really 66cc. Its the same thing.
@@wrongturnmotorizedbikes4604 The Phantom 85 is an actual 85cc engine. Largest preconfigured bike engine kit you can buy.
Why don't ya just turn off the comments if your not going to respond to anything. Or give a little respect to the motor bike community
Which comment would you like answered?

Pretty unclear what I’m wiring the killswitch to
Kill switch goes to the CDI.
You sold out because you used to talk so much garbage about these cheap bikes bikes
