Reading nutrition labels is so important. Marketing advertises products as "healthy" "Keto" etc., but taking the time to read labels and see all the garbage and chemicals that make up the foods we eat should help us understand why we as a nation (U.S.) is so overweight and sick. I have had to experiment with my own personal elimination diet in order to discover what effects my health. I have eliminated most plants and feel better (less joint pain) and my skin looks healthier. I no longer use seed or plant based oils to cook, and artificial sweeteners which triggers binges for me personally. Great video.

thats what has happened to me-i gained weight around my middle i think because i was adding all that extra fat !! i have plenty of my own to use as fuel
