    I got pretty good at throat singing from your videos, I sang a lot of The Hu earlier since I can read cyrillic 😂 it was so fun. Still trying to get my fry scream louder and cleaner though. Thanks for the video!
    Edit: Following this video I was able to actually do it halfway decent for once!

    Hello brother... Can you help me explain why I can't scream each lyric in a song using fry scream.. I found it really hard to speak the words when I fry scream.. The easiest one I can do is like "Wa" "Ma" "Wo" "Aa". But the other words just so hard to speak them.

    • @sibilaextremevocal
      @sibilaextremevocal  21 день тому +1

      Hello! Usually it's easier to pronounce words when you do it slower and accent the vowels, e.g. "vowels" will be easier when you pronounce it as "v-ooo-w-eee-l". You can practice a few lines of lyrics and gradually increase the speed.

    I have a question. I've been doing some fry screams for more than 10 years (I mostly do flase cord screaming), and I have always had a problem: sometimes I can't get my voice to "crack" while using falsetto, most of the times I can do it but sometimes I just can't activate my vocal fry, or if it activates it souns bad and has no volume. It happens mostly when I'm not at home, can be that I talk a lot or idk maybe I'm not comfortable on doing it outside of my room, but I don't think those are the main reasons honestly, I'm a bit anxious but not that much, do you know any reasons on why it could happen? (I've almost totally gave up on it when I learnt how to false cord scream because of this problem, but now I'm practicing it a lot again). I hope you can answer this question, it would help me and my band a lot, thank you.

      Actually, the mental aspect plays a huge role in the freedom of making various sounds. In my case, when I'm in an environment that I don't consider "vocal-friendly", eg. shop, crowded bus, staircase in the block where I live, the house of father or mother of my gf, etc., my body resists any attempt of making louder sounds than a basic, quiet fry scream or pig squeal xD When I feel confident, relaxed and not limited by what I think about a specific environment that I'm currently in, I can make any sounds of any volume without technical difficulties, and it's all thanks to feeling "safe" and mentally free.
      To get rid of this problem I started to make pog squeals whenever I see a metalhead at any place. The first attempts were pathetic but now I can achieve a pretty good volume. xD

      I feel it in the same place as when I'm singing with a very delicate head voice or falsetto but there are extra vibrations in the mid-high part of the larynx and the area of the soft palate.

      I think that learning false chord growl will be more useful than fry scream for the style in the song you sent:
