Don’t do that. 1 week before complete cut your carbs but you can take some carbs but not too much before your workout. And 3 days before if you want to cut more weight than stop taking carbs and also stop taking sodium and do water loading. In this way you will easy flush out much water from your body. Take much water during your training. You can take protein based foods to maintain your muscle mass that you gained by hard work.
