- Chavez Soliz and Raul Alfonso demo the Silt Harmonic Fuzz with a special appearance by Zandy Mowry of the New Respects!
The Silt Harmonic Fuzz is a collaborative creation with tube expert Jim Hagerman. Wielding an internal pre-amp tube, the Silt is a two-in-one fuzz that creates massively rich fuzz tones perfect for chords and rhythmic parts or with the press of a switch, adds uniquely harmonic overtones to the signal before hitting the tube. Crafted specifically for those seeking a harmonically rich fuzz experience, the Silt boasts an analog circuit with the distinctive warmth of a 12AU7 tube as its drive section, letting you explore a unique and wild sonic landscape.

Bass player comment: this sounds like it could be good for bass, but I don't think the demo is really doing it justice... could we hear a separate bass demo showing the counterclockwise side of the tone control, and how the contour control can be used for bass?
Bass sound is rad! And the Hendrix jam was fun!
Yes!
I'm absolutely in love and can't wait to try this! Congrats on another amazing pedal. Rock on🤘🔥🧡🤘
Thank you!
Nice STP riff 😎
That The Hives riff tho hell yeah
Zandy can shreddddd
Sounds like it's capable of any great fuzz sound.... and then some!
I can't fault a company for paying attention to an aesthic unless I hated it. I understand the concept of flash or substance, but their pedals, at least the ones I have tried/use are very nice sounding pedals. I really like and appreciate some of the tweaking options they offer. I typically find the eq type functions are helpful to fix specific issues and give you a lot of flexibility; I'm a big fan of blend/mix control which is typically there; and like the momentary functions on reverbs and delays. I know some of these items are becoming more ubiquitous, but I still like it. In the end, I wouldn't like a pedal unless it made me sound better or like I want it to, and my experiences with their pedals has been very positive. Istarted with the Fathom reverb and ARP87 delay. Then got a few others. The one issue I had was the EB-10 they repurposed from that Ryan Adams pedal they had released. I thought I'd love it, but I had issues with it and finally sold it. I hated how the lights that would turn on when the pedal was engaged were not aligned with the graphics of the former pedal and so it kind of hit you in the eye oddly. But I get they had to convert lemons to lemonaid. I'd be lying if I said I wasn't interested in this fuzz pedal.
Got to get one, going to use it on the More than Shadows album for sure, do much scope in one pedal.
The price is a bit brutal but it delivers a dead accurate classic tube fuzz and a bit beyond.
in 01:20 where we hear the tone conteol - did he play the start of song of the hives - hate to say i told you? sound like this
This reminds me of my swollen pickle fuzz
I was debating on getting that...but after seeing this...idk..
Of course after I buy the other fuzz pedal.
Fly on, albatross
I'll 3rd that comment 😎
Warlus tends to draw skeleton graphics on their pedals
Can't wait for the Ali Express cheap clone.
More Dinosaurs pls :)
